    Purpose Statement

It’s about leading people, setting direction, and raising the standard of insight we deliver to executives. 
    • As a Finance Business Partner Team Lead, we’ll rely on you to lead a team of finance professionals, partner closely with senior leaders, and turn complex financial information into clear, actionable insight that shapes strategy and outcomes. 

    What You'll Do

    • Lead, coach and develop a team of Finance Business Partners, creating a high‑performance, accountable environment. 
    • Partner with executives and senior leaders to support strategy, planning, and decision‑making across multiple portfolios. 
    • Translate business drivers into meaningful financial insight that influences direction and outcomes. 
    • Oversee budgeting, forecasting and performance management cycles. 
    • Guide complex financial modelling, scenario analysis and strategic investment evaluation. 
    • Ensure strong financial governance, quality reporting and disciplined delivery against business plans. 
    • Drive continuous improvement in how finance partners with the business.

    What We’re Looking For

    • Professional designation is mandatory (CA(SA). 
    • Honours degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field. 
    • 5–7+ years’ experience in finance, including substantial business partnering or financial planning and analysis experience. 
    • Experience with scenario analysis, contract modelling or strategic investment evaluation (financial modelling). 
    • At least 2–3 years in a leadership or team management role, leading or supervising finance professionals. 
    • Proven track record of partnering with senior management and delivering insights at executive level. 
    • Experience managing multiple portfolios or complex financial planning processes. 
    • Strong exposure to strategic planning, budget cycles and executive‑level financial reporting. 
    • Comfortable operating in a high‑performance environment with accountability for delivery against business objectives.
