    Job Description

    • The Audit Manager is responsible for planning, executing and overseeing the audit processes as defined by the organization. They will also be responsible for leading a team of auditors and trainees, offering them support and guidance.

    Key Job Outputs:

    • Develop and implement comprehensive audit plans
    • Lead and manage the execution of audit engagements, including risk assessment, field work and reporting
    • Review and finalise audit findings and issues are properly documented
    • Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and understanding of their business needs.

    Senior Manager – Technical Project/Program Manager

    Job Description

    • As a Delivery Lead (Program/Project Manager) in Deloitte’s Digital Engineering business, you will own the end-to-end execution of high-impact engagements, ensuring elite delivery quality while actively expanding commercial value through client farming, cross-sell, and up-sell motions. You are equally fluent in execution, client engagement, value realization, and trusted advisory. You bring the gravitas and discipline of a senior delivery leader, and the commercial instincts of a business builder.

    Key responsibilities

    • Lead cross-functional teams in the successful delivery of high-impact projects across a range of disciplines, including AI & Data, Cloud Migration and Transformation, and bespoke Software Development.
    • Operate as the single point of delivery accountability for multi-million-rand client engagements.
    • Facilitate agile methodologies (eg. Scrum, Kanban) to ensure efficient project delivery and continuous improvement
    • Work closely with technical- and analytical leads, own delivery, managing project scope, budget, and timelines
    • Maintain clear communication and manage stakeholder expectations, facilitating communication sessions and relationships, throughout the project lifecycle
    • Support and enable high-performing teams.
    • Proactively monitor and facilitate the resolution of project risks, dependencies, and issues.
    • Ensuring the delivery of new products or services from projects is to the appropriate level of quality, on time and within budget, in accordance with the project plan and project governance arrangements
    • Drive delivery rigor, governance, quality assurance, and operational excellence in accordance with tier-1 consulting standards.
    • Translate client objectives into structured delivery roadmaps and ensure measurable outcomes are achieved.
    • Build deep and trusted relationships with client stakeholders
    • Identify unmet needs, strategic adjacencies, and whitespace opportunities within existing accounts.

    • Ensure tight interlock between delivery, sales, and operationalization teams to drive unified client value.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree, (post graduate degree preferred) (e.g. BBusSci, Bcom Information Systems/Informatics, BCom Bus Mngt in Project Management, PMI/Prince2 Certification, PMBOK, Agile / Scrum Certification)
    • Agile delivery certification (eg. Scrum Master, PMI-ACP)
    • Technical certifications in cloud (Azure/AWS/GCP) or data platforms are a plus
    • Familiarity with consulting delivery methodologies is highly valued
    • 12+ years of consulting or enterprise project/programme management leadership.
    • Proven experience in delivering large-scale programs involving AI, data engineering, MLOps, GenAI, cloud platforms, and modern analytics ecosystems.
    • Proven experience as an Agile Project Manager and Scrum Master
    • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex IT consulting projects, on time and within budget
    • Thorough understanding of project management techniques and methods
    • Excellent knowledge of MS Office; working knowledge of program/project management software (eg. MS Project, Jira, Confluence / Azure Dev Ops, etc.)
    • Proven experience in delivering Cloud, AI & Data, and/or Software Development projects
    • Strong track record of leading delivery teams in an offshore, onshore model
    • Deep experience in driving cross-sell and upsell motions, expanding share of wallet in existing accounts through value-led delivery.
    • Executive presence with strong storytelling, client advisory, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Deep understanding of how to translate technical solutions into business outcomes and ROI.
    • Familiarity with CRM, pipeline hygiene, forecasting accuracy, and deal governance best practices

    • Internal Audit Controls and Assurance provides assurance and advisory services related to Internal Audit, Risk Management and Governance and Environmental Sustainability Governance.     • Our Operate team(AMS) is looking for a SAP Security Analyst responsible for the managing and maintaining of SAP user access and authorizations to ensure compliance with security policies and procedures. This role involves working closely with business units to understand their access requirements and implementing appropriate SAP security solutions.

    The ideal candidate should have the following experience/knowledge

    • Create, modify, and delete user accounts in SAP systems.
    • Assign appropriate roles and authorizations based on business needs and security policies.
    • Conduct regular audits of user access and authorizations to ensure compliance.
    • Design and maintain SAP roles and profiles to meet business requirements while adhering to security standards.

    • Implement and maintain security policies and procedures. Provide support for SAP authorization issues and troubleshoot access-related problems.
