Job Description

• Our Operate team(AMS) is looking for a SAP Security Analyst responsible for the managing and maintaining of SAP user access and authorizations to ensure compliance with security policies and procedures. This role involves working closely with business units to understand their access requirements and implementing appropriate SAP security solutions.

The ideal candidate should have the following experience/knowledge

• Create, modify, and delete user accounts in SAP systems.
• Assign appropriate roles and authorizations based on business needs and security policies.
• Conduct regular audits of user access and authorizations to ensure compliance.
• Design and maintain SAP roles and profiles to meet business requirements while adhering to security standards.
• Collaborate with business units to understand their access needs and translate them into technical specifications. Ensure compliance with internal and external audit requirements related to SAP security.
• Monitor SAP systems for security breaches and unauthorized access attempts.
• Implement and maintain security policies and procedures. Provide support for SAP authorization issues and troubleshoot access-related problems.
• Work with SAP Basis and other IT teams to resolve security-related incidents. Maintain documentation of SAP security processes, procedures, and configurations.
• Generate reports on user access and authorization activities for management review.

Qualifications

• 2+ years working experience in SAP Security
• ADM900 – SAP system Security Fundamentals
• ADM940 – Authorization concepts for AS ABAP
• ADM945 – Authorization concepts for SAP Fiori on SAP S/4HANA
• C_SECAUTH_20 – SAP Certified Technology Associate in SAP system Security and Authorizations.
