• Are you a hands-on AI Developer passionate about building innovative AI-powered solutions using Microsoft technologies?
• We are looking for an AI Developer to join a multidisciplinary AI delivery team, responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying secure, scalable, and production-ready AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have practical experience with Microsoft AI technologies and the ability to turn business requirements into effective technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy AI agents and AI-powered solutions.
• Build solutions using Azure AI Foundry, Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Services, and Azure OpenAI.
• Configure prompts, workflows, orchestration logic, connectors, and integrations.
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications, APIs, and data sources.
• Support proof of concepts (PoCs), pilots, production deployments, and releases.
• Troubleshoot defects, perform testing, and optimise solution performance.
• Develop reusable components, accelerators, and technical documentation.
• Follow engineering standards, security requirements, and architectural principles.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, testers, product owners, and business stakeholders in an Agile environment.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement of AI development practices.

Essential Requirements

• 2–5 years of software development experience.
• Hands-on experience with Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Services, and Azure OpenAI.
• Good understanding of Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Practical experience building, configuring, and deploying AI agents.
• Experience with API integrations, authentication, and security principles.
• Experience testing, debugging, and supporting AI solutions.
• Proven experience delivering technology solutions within an enterprise environment.
• A degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
