    Group Account Director

    Key responsibilities:

    • Lead the team in managing strategic planning and creative relating to all communication disciplines 
    • Driving and contributing towards the long-term business strategy of the agency on specific client portfolio 
    • Set key account plan for the portfolio and actively drive this as added value to the client 
    • Develop and maintain harmonious working relationships both internally and with the client 
    • Growth of revenue and the ability to unearth new revenue streams 
    • Management of monthly retainer hours 
    • Lead the resolution of issues from day-to-day to big picture challenges 
    • Ability to lead meetings and deliver presentations to a large audience

    Requirements: 

    • At least 3-5 years experience in an Account Director or Group Account Director role in an agency 
    • Proven track record of revenue growth 
    • Tertiary education (university degree or equivalent) 
    • English speaking 
    • Proficient in the Microsoft Suite, particularly PPTX and XLS 

    Advantageous: 

    • Experience in, and a good understanding of, the FSP landscape 
    • Prior creative agency experience, solid industry profile 
    • Proficient in Chase time management software

    Senior Performance Specialist- Programmatic

    Key responsibilities:

    Business Analyst- Financial Reporting

    Job Description:

    • Delivers accurate and reliable output from specific tasks during monthly, quarterly, budget and reforecast and annual reporting processes

    Key responsibilities:

    Copy editing

    • Edit content to fit the brand tone.
    • Check print and digital content for grammatical and stylistic errors, and factual accuracy.
    • Ensure internal corrections and client changes are made.
