    Regional Lead (Colleague Services)

    Description

    • As the Lead for the Colleague Services team across the Southern Hemisphere, you will be responsible for the delivery of exceptional end-user IT support services across multiple regions. This includes oversight of desktop support, trader support, IT walk-in centres, and device and mobile management. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the colleague experience by ensuring operational excellence, fostering a high-performance culture, automating workloads through AI and aligning service delivery with business needs. Your key responsibilities would be to contribute to the overall ITS Colleague Services strategy supporting the Investec Digital and Technology strategic objectives. Developing and maintaining the performance of the team in line with target competences and ensuring service delivery meets SLA's and stakeholder expectations. You will be enabling seamless colleague experiences using the Microsoft eco-system for personal productivity and collaboration as well as building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

    Experience, skills and capability

    • A minimum of 2 years in a technical team leadership role, with direct reports.
    • Regulatory Knowledge to ensure compliance with regulatory and security requirements across the supported region.
    • Prior technical experience in delivery and/or technical team leadership in at least one of the core pillar capabilities of a Digital Modern workplace.
    • Prior experience of leading the development and implementation of AI-driven projects across the organisation.
    • Prior experience of collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI integration.
    • Prior demonstrable experience in implementing large, complex technical delivery spanning multiple domains and business teams.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Be able to influence and build relationships and enable process with external and internal stakeholders and leaders across the group.

    Quality Assurance Engineer CXT

    Description

    • As a Quality Assurance Test Automation Engineer, you will work closely with the engineering agile teams and stakeholders to help build and evolve Investec's automated testing capability and framework to ensure continuous delivery of high-quality code.  You will design, implement and maintain automated test frameworks, integrate them into our CI/CD pipelines, and champion a shift left, AI augmented testing culture. You will collaborate closely with developers, business analysts and DevOps to ensure every release meets Investec's quality, security and regulatory standards. You will work with Product, Support and Customer teams to identify high-impact bugs and coordinate fixes and ways to prevent them through automation with the engineering team.

    Experience, skills and capability

    • Experience with test automation and continuous integration/delivery tools such as Playwright, Cucumber, Cypress, Appium, JMeter, Selenium, RestAssured, RestSharp.
    • Proficiency with Azure Devops
    • Hands-on experience building and maintaining Azure DevOps Pipelines and Test Plans, orchestrating load tests with Azure Load Testing, and instrumenting releases with Azure Monitor/Application Insights. 
    • Support the maintenance and enhancement of the CI/CD pipeline
    • Strong technical knowledge and an ability to train development teams in the usage of test frameworks and infrastructure
    • Ability to navigate SQL or run work queries to set up test data & validate technical aspects of initiatives
    • Knowledge with REST API and WEB/Mobile GUI testing as well as experience writing automated API tests

    Project Manager - Senior (Private Banking)

    Description of the role 

    • Investec Sandton is looking for a project manager who will plan, manage, and lead the delivery of multiple projects (strategic/business/technical) for Private Bank (PB), in line with the project management governance framework, application & integration architecture and IT governance standards. Will be accountable and responsible for driving the successful delivery of the required outcomes (scope) within the approved timeframe (schedule) and cost (budget).

    Business Analyst CXT

    Description

    • Investec Sandton is looking for a Business Analyst for the One Place team within CXT. The role will involve project and business as usual deliverables, the resolution of user issues and requests, as well as maintenance and support of systems and related interfaces. The self-managed individual will have to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, subject matter experts, other project managers and team members, and will drive the delivery of solutions that meet or exceed expectations and are aligned with business purpose and strategies.

    Experience, skills and capability

    • Independent and original thinking will be required while solving complex issues, particularly as multiple systems, clients, and technologies are involved. 
    • High level business case and solution design (including the Functional requirements Specification) for business-driven requirements within given standards 
    • Deliver cost-effective, user friendly, innovative solutions (business process re-engineering, systems, and technology) 
    • Participate in the full SDLC depending on the scope of the initiative including post implementation activities. This includes the formulation of appropriate documents to present at the various forums and checkpoints. It also includes the ability to create clear and comprehensive acceptance criteria for development tasks. 
    • Ensure that processes, business rules (including decision point trees and rules definitions), data requirements (including Business Data Dictionary and reference List), project administration etc. are accurately and completely documented in line with the delivery strategy

    Qualification and Experience

    • 3+ years business analyst experience working in an IT software development team. 
    • Hands-on experience working on cloud solutions and SaaS will be an advantage. 
    • A proactive mindset focused on identifying and mitigating risks and resolving issues. 
    • High levels of ownership and ability to work with a certain amount of ambiguity. 
    • Ability to interact and contribute effectively to both functional and technical areas.
