    • We are looking for a Technical Solutions Lead to provide both technical leadership and hands-on expertise across digital and internal systems landscape.
    • This role sits at the intersection of digital solutions, internal IT systems, infrastructure, vendors, development partners, and business stakeholders. It is responsible for ensuring that solutions are technically sound, secure, scalable, supportable, and aligned to the organisation's broader technology direction.
    • The role combines hands-on technical contribution with solution oversight. This includes supporting development, integrations, reporting, platform enhancements, troubleshooting, and system upgrades where required, while also assessing solution fit, vendor proposals, architecture alignment, data structures, infrastructure compatibility, supportability, and long-term business scalability.

    What you'll do:

    • Provide technical oversight of digital products, platforms, internal systems, upgrades, and solution changes.
    • Contribute hands-on to development, integrations, reporting, data analysis, platform enhancements, and technical troubleshooting where required.
    • Assess solution and vendor proposals from a technical, operational, data, security, integration, and long-term sustainability perspective.

    • Provide clear recommendations on solution risks, trade-offs, dependencies, compatibility, and long-term impacts.

    Your Expertise:

    • 5+ years in a hands-on technical role (e.g. Technical Lead, Senior Developer, Solution Analyst).
    • Strong hands-on experience building and supporting enterprise systems, integrations, and data solutions.
    • Proven experience writing SQL queries, developing stored procedures, and working directly with data structures.
    • Hands-on development experience with APIs, integrations, reporting solutions (Power BI, SSRS), or modern frameworks.
    • Experience designing and working with system integrations, data flows, and dependencies.
    • Comfortable working across development teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
    • Ability to clearly communicate technical solutions, risks, and trade-offs.

    • The role will focus on Microsoft 365 integration and broader enterprise migration initiatives. The successful person will lead the analysis, definition, and documentation of business and technical requirements, ensuring solutions enhance governance, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance.     What you'll do:

    • We are looking for an experienced IT Project Accountant to support a portfolio of technology and business-transformation initiatives within a complex organisation.
    • This role will provide financial oversight across transformation programmes, ensuring that budgets, forecasts, actual expenditure and commitments are accurately maintained and clearly reported.     Qualifications & Experience
    Essential

    • A recognised professional accountancy qualification such as CIMA/CGMA, CA(SA), ACA, ACCA, CPA or a comparable international designation.
    • At least five years' relevant finance experience, including significant exposure to project accounting and/or technology finance.
    • Experience supporting technology implementations and/or business-transformation programmes within a complex organisation.
    • Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
    • A solid understanding of purchase orders, invoices, accruals, commitments, allocations, recharges and general ledger reconciliations.
    • Good knowledge of accounting considerations relating to technology expenditure, including capital versus operating expenditure, software implementation and cloud arrangements.
