    Digital Paid Media Specialist – Johannesburg (Hybrid)

    Job Description

    • We’re looking for a Digital Paid Media Specialist with 2–3 years of experience who thrives in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment.     Main Responsibilities: 

    • Manage and optimise paid media campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, X (Twitter), and LinkedIn. 
    • Monitor and adjust budgets, bidding strategies, and targeting to maximise ROI. 
    • Analyse campaign performance using GA4 and platform analytics to extract insights and make recommendations. 
    • Compile and present detailed performance reports to clients weekly/monthly. 
    • Set up and implement tracking tags and pixels. 
    • Build strong relationships with clients and attend status meetings. 
    • Support publisher negotiations, media schedule creation, and admin tasks. 
    • Stay ahead of industry trends, and digital media innovations.

    Minimum Requirements: 

    • 2–3 years of hands-on digital media experience. 
    • Matric with higher-grade Mathematics (please include results in your CV). 
    • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint. 
    • Strong knowledge of Google Ads (Search & Display), Google Analytics (GA4), and DV360 or similar programmatic platforms. 
    • Understanding of paid media strategies across multiple digital channels (including Google, Meta, TikTok, X, and LinkedIn). 
    • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about digital marketing. 

    Preferred: 

    • Relevant university degree.

    SEO and Content Specialist | Contract

    Job Description

    • iqbusiness is seeking to employ an SEO and Content Specialist on a 12-month contract to collaborate with an international client from our offices in Welgemoed, Cape Town, Northern Suburbs. This is a hybrid role (3 days on-site; 2 days WFH).
    • This role combines technical SEO implementation with engaging content creation, ensuring a strong and cohesive digital presence across platforms. The SEO and Content Specialist will be based in Cape Town, working closely with global stakeholders to bridge the gap between optimisation and compelling storytelling. The ideal candidate will have experience in both technical SEO and content development, with the versatility to adapt to the evolving landscape of AI-powered search and large language models.

    Key Responsibilities

    SEO and Technical Optimisation

    • Conduct on-page SEO audits and implement optimisation recommendations, including meta tags, headers, internal linking, and URL structures
    • Perform technical SEO tasks such as site speed optimisation, structured data implementation, and crawlability improvements
    • Monitor and analyse search rankings, organic traffic, and conversion metrics using tools like GA4, Search Console, and SEO platforms
    • Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to inform content strategy

    Content Creation and Strategy

    • Produce high-quality, SEO-optimised content including blog posts, landing pages, and web copy
    • Develop content briefs that balance search intent, user needs, and business objectives

    LLM and AI Search Optimisation

    • Test and refine content for accurate citation and representation in AI-generated responses
    • Stay current with emerging best practices for LLM discoverability and attribution

    Required Qualifications

    • 3-5 years of experience in SEO with demonstrated technical and content capabilities
    • Strong writing and editing skills with a portfolio of published content
    • Proficiency with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or similar)
    • Some working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic web technologies
    • Understanding of schema markup, structured data, and semantic SEO
    • Familiarity with Wordpress CMS platform

    Preferred Qualifications

    Supplier Management Consultant | Contract

    Job Description

    • iqbusiness is seeking to employ a Supplier Management Consultant on a 12-month contract to collaborate with an international client from our offices in Welgemoed, Cape Town, Northern Suburbs. This is a hybrid role (3 days on-site; 2 days WFH).
    • The Supplier Management Officer plays a crucial role in ensuring that IMD’s supplier and vendor relationships are managed to the highest standards of compliance, efficiency, and professionalism. This role is dedicated to supplier onboarding, contract coordination, and ensuring adherence to IMD’s governance, legal, and financial requirements. The Supplier Management Officer will work closely with the Legal and Finance departments, while collaborating across IMD functions that rely on external suppliers.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Responsibilities:

    Supplier Onboarding and Qualification

    • Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for new suppliers, including documentation, compliance checks, and system integration.
    • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders including Legal, Finance and other business units.
    • Act as the "gate keeper" to ensure any new supplier is eligible and offering adequate services & goods at competitive rates.

    “Best Supplier” List Management

    • Develop and maintain a curated list of preferred suppliers based on performance, reliability, and prices
    • Conduct regular reviews and evaluations to ensure supplier quality and competitiveness.
    • Support sourcing decisions by providing insights into supplier strengths and risks.

    Purchasing Policy Ownership

    • Own and update the company’s purchasing policy, ensuring it reflects current practices, compliance requirements, and strategic goals.
    • Train internal stakeholders on purchasing procedures and policy adherence.
    • Monitor policy implementation and recommend improvements based on feedback and performance data.

    Other tasks

    • Assist the purchasing and supplier management team in other tasks including Purchase Order processing, invoice follow-up, etc.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Commercial Law, Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
    • 3–5 years of experience in procurement, supplier/vendor management, contract administration, or purchasing policy, preferably in international and multicultural environments.
    • Experience liaising with Legal and Finance teams, with strong understanding of supplier governance, compliance, risk management, and ethical sourcing.
    • Proven ability to manage high volumes of contracts and suppliers.
    • International exposure and comfort managing cross-border supplier agreements.
    • Salesforce experience is a plus.
