    Chauffeur

    The main areas of responsibility include:

    • Provide personalised service of the highest level.
    • Undertake general deliveries, collections, and errands.
    • Ensure the safety of employees during the journey, as well as timely arrivals, and a seamless and reliable experience.
    • Fulfil administrative needs when needed, such as office pickups and deliveries for company events.
    • Research and plan for traffic, construction, and weather delays ensuring timelines are kept.
    • Interact with all passengers professionally at all times.
    • Ensure that the vehicle is always fueled and ready for use.
    • Proactively arrange for vehicle repairs when needed, ensuring a seamless experience for all passengers.
    • Keep mileage records and repair records up-to-date.
    • Able to work extended hours and be available after hours when required.

    The experience we’re looking for:

    • Valid Code 8 Drivers Licence and a Passenger Drivers Permit (PDP) are required.
    • An Advanced Driving Certificate would be advantageous.
    • 5 years’ professional driving experience, preferably being a chauffeur to executive company personnel.
    • Has proven driving experience with an impeccable safety record.
    • Communication skills must be of a very high standard (English understanding and speaking).
    • Must have own reliable transport.

    Floor Customer Advisor - Cape Town

    The main responsibilities of the role include: 

    • Gaining a complete understanding of our entire product offering.
    • Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers.
    • Understanding customer needs and connecting them to the right solutions.
    • Ensure all our products are always well stocked and merchandised to the highest standard.
    • Assist customers by preparing quotations for current and future orders.
    • Following up efficiently and effectively with customers on everything related to their outstanding orders and quotations.
    • Processing of customer payments at Point of Sale and taking accountability for cash desk when required.
    • Available to work on weekends when required.

    The experience we’re looking for:

    • Experience in a similar role focused on looking after customers.
    • Well-spoken with an excellent telephone manner.
    • Fluent in spoken and written English.

    Customer Support - Edenvale

    The main responsibilities of the role include:

    • Gaining a complete understanding of our entire product offering.
    • Understanding customer needs and connecting them to the right solutions.
    • Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers.
    • Engaging directly with customers around any queries and concerns as well as taking incoming customer calls.
    • Assist customers by preparing quotations for current and future orders.
    • Ensuring all new orders are captured as efficiently as possible, managing the flow of orders, and liaising with the External Advisors as and when needed.
    • Ensure all our products are always well stocked and merchandised to the highest standard.
    • Processing of customer payments at Point of Sale and taking accountability for cash desk when required.
    • Available to work on weekends when required.

    The experience we’re looking for:

    • Experience in a similar role focused on looking after customers.
    • Well-spoken with an excellent telephone manner.
    • Fluent in spoken and written English.
    • Proficient in MS Office with advanced Excel (spreadsheets), Word, Outlook; preferably also Syspro.

    • Outstanding academic achievement.
    • No previous formal full-time work experience.
    • Living in South Africa.
