    Technical Analyst (Hyundai Head Office)

    Specific Role Responsibilities

    • Arranging vehicle repairs via overseas communication systems.
    • Managing repairs and instructions passed down from Head office.
    • Following up with the Dealer Network on repair queries.
    • Analyzing the Network in terms of technical assistance required.
    • Managing and corresponding on our Technical communication website.
    • Analyzing the Technical Web Site.
    • Support to Technical functions such as press releases,COTY,test drives ETC.
    • Work on weekend on functions and performing other obligations as may be required from time to time.
    • Perform tasks that may be required from time to time as specified by the department manager.
    • Conduct research and development as may be required from time to time.
    • Assist and Support outlying Dealers requiring travel and stay overs.
    • Arrange and Manage the supply and issues of spare parts from our PDC (Parts Distribution Centre) as well as HMC when such issues may arise.

    Qualifications and Experience

    Job Description

    •  To ensure minimum standards are maintained
    • To ensure all sales staff are trained on an ongoing basis
    • Ensure clients receive copies of Signed Contracts and Vaps at Time of Signing
    • Files to be compiled and filed daily, Including Cash Clients
    • Deal File copies to be done and filed Daily
    • All deals delivered to be on Fins net including Cash and Fleet
    • To ensure all documentation, bordereaux, weekly and monthly reports are prepared / returned on time
    • To attend daily and Monthly sales meetings promptly
    • To establish and maintain an easy-to-check flow of documentation
    • To ensure that no penalties or delays are incurred by incorrect or late return of documentation

    Qualifications and Experience

    • Accredited by the FSP before any services rendered
    • Knowledge and experience of the finance and insurance industry
    • Accredited and Mandated to perform NCA functions
    • Obtained at least 60 relevant verified credits within the stipulated time-frames
    • Ability to negotiate finance options and schemes available
    • Up-to-date knowledge of the F&I industry and specifically dealer approved products
    • Ability to fit in as a member of a team
    • To have wide-ranging contracts within the F&I industry
    • Ability to manage the F&I department as defined

    Specific Role Responsibilities

    • Maximizing sales and profitability through satisfaction and retention of customers to meet sales forecast
    • Developing the necessary sales organisation to meet sales and profitability objectives

    Sales Representative: Motorbikes – BMW George

    The responsibilities of a Sales Executive include the following tasks:

    • Greet customers arriving at the dealership
    • Showcase the dealership’s motorbikes and explain their features and warranties to customers
    • Answer customer questions about motorbikes, and the purchase process
    • Accompany customers on test drives, collecting licenses and documentation beforehand per best practices
    • Negotiate motorbike prices and trade-in values for customers’ motorbikes

    Specific Role Responsibilities

    Training and Development

    • Conduct automotive trade theory training
    • Facilitate learning according to predetermined lesson frameworks. Engage learners in an interactive 360° learning methodology.
    • Use of tactile learning methodologies through demonstrations and displays.
    • Use of leaning stimuli methods in the media and presentations on CDX and other.
    • Use of a variety of interactive assessments and CDX are used to determine competence.
    • Use of innovative and rational learning methodologies (Spontaneous and “Out of the box” approach).
    • Ensure learning is aligned to the assessments and learners best prepared for assessments;
    • Ensure discipline and respect in the learning environment is maintained
    • Due to the nature of the company`s business you may be asked to work overtime from time to time on reasonable notice. Notwithstanding the aforesaid, in the event of an emergency, you will be expected to work emergency without notice.

    Automotive practical training

    • Adherence to occupational health and safety rules and regulations
    • Facilitate learning according to predetermined lesson frameworks
    • Engage learners in an interactive 360° learning methodology
    • Use of tactile learning methodologies through demonstrations and displays
    • Facilitator is constantly in support of learners during practical engagements
    • Learners are given ample opportunity to engage practically and practice under constant supervision.
    • Use of a variety of interactive assessments are used to determine reflexive competence
    • Use of innovative and rational learning methodologies (Spontaneous and “Out of the box” approach)
    • Ensure learning is aligned to the assessments and learners best prepared for assessments

    Administration of training

    • Ensure training registers are completed daily
    • Ensure all assessments, reports and learning activities are signed off weekly
    • Ensure all learner files are completed and submitted on AMS or to the administration office at the end of each week Level and trade test preparation
    • Note: The same standards are applied as in “Automotive trade theory training”, “Automotive practical training the same “Administration of training” processes are applied

    Qualifications and Experience

    • Grade 12 or equivalent NTC trade qualification
    • Qualified Automotive artisan
    • Diesel trade an added advantage
    • Preferably accredited facilitator, assessor and moderator
    • 5 years experience as an ETDP
    • 3 years in a management role and/or leadership role
