    Tier 2 Technical Support Engineer

    Requirements:

    • The IT Services Consultant must have at least 3-5+ years' experience in the IT & Networking environment and must have formal IT qualifications, ideally Microsoft roll-based certifications.
    • A candidate with both the attitude and aptitude to succeed in Server/Network Support, Cloud technologies, Projects and Client services consulting will fill this position.     Duties and Responsibilities:

    Senior IT Systems Engineer

    Responsibilities:

    Windows Server OS Management:

    • Administer and manage Windows Server 2012, 2016, 2019, and 2022 environments.
    • Perform regular patching using SCCM/Adaptiva and remediate failed updates.

    Service Desk Operations:

    Revenue & Sales Operations Manager

    Role Overview:

    • The Revenue Operations Manager plays a crucial role in managing our CRM systems supporting revenue intelligence and sales operations for both new business (hunting) and existing account management (farming) teams. The US sales team is comprised of approximately 25 team members. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and a strong communicator who can drive efficiency, improve forecasting accuracy, and enhance revenue growth strategies.     • We are looking for a Personal Assistant to support the Group Managing Director of a rapidly growing international business and his busy family.
