Windows Server OS Management:

Vulnerability Remediation:
- Address VMWare tools and security risks (e.g., Sweet32) as requested by the business.
Standby Duties:
- Participate in a standby rotation (usually one week per month).
Collaboration:
- Manage tasks on Jira and log support tickets with Microsoft.
- Collaborate with other teams (Virtualization, Backup/Storage, AD, CSO, etc.).
Qualifications:

Role Overview:
- The Revenue Operations Manager plays a crucial role in managing our CRM systems supporting revenue intelligence and sales operations for both new business (hunting) and existing account management (farming) teams. The US sales team is comprised of approximately 25 team members.
