    Demand Planner

    About the role

    • As a Demand Planner at Reckitt, you play a strategic role in ensuring product availability while balancing customer service and inventory management. You are responsible for creating and maintaining accurate SKU-level demand forecasts that guide production planning, purchasing decisions, and third‑party sourcing.
    • The role supports business decision‑making by providing forward-looking sales and volume forecasts through the S&OP process and contributing to quarterly business forecasts with Finance. You work closely with commercial and marketing teams to capture promotional activity accurately in forecasts, ensuring alignment across the organisation. Overall, the role is central to delivering sales targets and enabling an efficient, responsive supply chain

    Your responsibilities

    • Lead end-to-end demand forecasting by integrating sales data, promotions, trends, and seasonality to deliver accurate, unbiased forecasts.
    • Reconcile and analyze Stock on Hand (SOH), In-Market Sales (IMS), and shipments monthly to identify variances, risks, and corrective actions.
    • Drive the IBP process by leading cross‑functional meetings, challenging assumptions using forecast accuracy metrics, and highlighting supply risks and opportunities.
    • Translate IMS forecasts into shipment and replenishment plans to meet service level targets while controlling inventory and minimizing waste.
    • Collaborate closely with commercial teams, supply points, and Finance to align forecasts, production plans, and business targets

    The experience we're looking for

    • Relevant university degree in Supply Chain ,Procurement or related fields with strong FMCG supply chain experience across demand & supply planning, inventory management, logistics, and S&OP.
    • Strong analytical, fact‑based decision‑making skills with proficiency in Rapid Response, SAP Turbo, MS Office, and advanced Excel.
    • Customer‑centric, service‑oriented mindset with a solid understanding of complex supply chain dynamics
    • Proven ability to work independently, challenge assumptions, drive continuous improvement, and act as a catalyst for change.
    • Strong collaborator and influencer within cross‑functional teams, with high motivation, execution focus, and strong English proficiency.

    Regulatory & Safety Director - Africa

    Your responsibilities

    • Direct line management of local regulatory teams in the region of responsibility supporting all products categories
    • Serve as the Senior Regulatory & Safety partner and point of contact on relevant regional management teams. Builds effective, collaborative, and influential relationship across the Africa business and functional stakeholders
    • Provide strategic input to overall regional & global regulatory strategies and contribute to the development and implementation of commercial objectives and strategies in AFRICA region
    • Actively support in the development and implementation of strategies for the region to proactively lead global product registration (detailed submission planning, adaptation of master-dossiers, lead all contact with local regulatory agencies incl. responses to regulatory agency questions and other correspondence and negotiations)
    • Facilitate Registration and maintenance of medical devices, cosmetic product, Hygiene, Personal care, Herbal, Healthcare, commodity products and food supplements in line with local business unit plan and commercial priorities.
    • Monitor, collect and interpret regulatory issues and trends that will impact Reckitt Health Care category products, policies and procedures; share this information with appropriate local and global functions
    • Lead on-going reputation and relationship building with key regulatory authority in the region to have a thought leadership and lead the external advocacy for the key Reckitt Regulatory policies and priorities for the region
    • Hold leadership positions on key trade associations and serve as the external voice of Reckitt in the key market(s) of responsibility
    • Guarantee proactive monitor of the developments in the regional regulatory environment, to ensure timely reporting into the Regulatory Intelligence system and provide assessments of the impact of new and changing regulations for the region
    • Lead interactions with regulatory authorities, government agencies and industry association in Africa region to assess the impact and implementation of all regulations, laws and industry policies that affect the ingredients, packaging, marketing, advertising, labelling and production of Reckitt products personnel to seek guidance, expedite approval of pending applications and to resolve regulatory matters Interface and represent company interest and government agencies, industry associations and other organizations to influence legislation, regulations and guidelines to ensure that they do not impose excessive or unfair burdens on our industry or products.
    • Support all business expansion initiatives, including localization projects, joint ventures, local manufactures.
    • Lead and develop present RAS team with an enterprise mindset, courage/influence/impact behaviour, where personal ownership, being ‘nimble’, strong teamwork, and ‘care for colleagues’ are key.
    • Great cross function collaboration across all BU’s mainly MKT, Supply, Finance with extreme focus on Budget
    • Provide risk assessments balancing business needs and risks to be challenged by Non- Government Organizations (NGOs), authorities or competitor
    • Ensure the review and approval of local artwork and promotional copy to guarantee full regulatory compliance
    • Manage updates to relevant local databases to ensure compliance
    • Manage compliance within the department by ensuring global, regional and local processes, policies, SOPs and working instructions are adhered to\
    • Guarantee the management and responses product safety events (AEs, SAEs, Recalls etc) in the region through DSO network and GSA.
    • As core member of the RAS EM Leadership team, play an active leadership role partnering on broader level strategic priorities and workstreams to enable a thriving, vibrant and winning RAR organization.

    The experience we're looking for

    • Min 15 years’ relevant regulatory and safety experience in the African markets (East, West, Central , southern and south Africa ~48 Markets) countries as well international across multiple product classifications (including Medicines, OTC, Herbal medicines, MD, VMS Disinfectants and general products) within a FMCG/pharmaceutical environment and a record of accomplishment of successful authority negotiations and delivering business outcomes in the region.
    • Strong scientific credentials with a Bachelor of Science (BSc) / Master of Science (MS) degree in a relevant scientific discipline (Pharmaceutical science or chemistry, human biology, biochemistry or biology with experience in pharmaceutical and/or FMCG industry)
    • An experienced leader who has successfully managed multicounty and multi-cultural Teams, with proven success to develop remote high-performance team with the ability to translate strategy into clear operational objectives.
    • Proven experience as member of Regional executive leadership teams with demonstrated enterprise leadership skills in addition to functional expertise.
    • Broad knowledge of AFRICA Region regulatory requirements and moving environment with extensive experience interfacing with regulatory agencies.
    • Demonstrates courage and empathy to lead teams through change by adopting a growth mindset and inclusive/expansive leadership.
    • Strategic mindset with demonstrated ability to anticipate future trends accurately and has a broad knowledge and perspective on regulatory implications across a range of product classifications and markets.

    E2E Logistics Manager

    About the role

    • The E2E Logistics Manager provides strategic and operational leadership over all logistics and warehousing activities, managing both inbound and outbound operations. The role ensures effective inventory control, efficient warehouse performance, and dependable distribution to customers and retail partners. Key priorities include optimizing inbound and outbound processes, reducing operational costs and inventory write-offs, maintaining strong internal controls compliance, and ensuring full adherence to health, safety, environmental (HS&E), and quality standards.

    Your responsibilities
    Supply Chain Strategy and Leadership

    • Develop and execute integrated logistics, warehousing, and inventory strategies while leading logistics and warehouse teams to meet business objectives
    • Drive supply chain efficiency, cost optimisation, and continuous improvement through process excellence and the implementation of digital technologies such as ERP, WMS, and planning systems.

    Warehouse Operations Management

    • Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, order fulfilment, and dispatch, while ensuring FIFO/FEFO compliance and high stock accuracy.
    • Optimise warehouse layout, space utilisation, and productivity through efficient processes and continuous operational improvements.
    • Implement and leverage warehouse management systems (WMS) and best practices to drive accuracy, efficiency, and performance

    Inventory Management

    • Develop and implement inventory control strategies to optimise stock levels while ensuring accurate visibility across all warehouses and distribution centres.
    • Monitor inventory performance indicators, including turnover, days of inventory on hand, and slow-moving stock, to support informed decision-making.
    • Minimise stock losses, damage, and obsolescence by aligning inventory availability with demand through close collaboration with sales and production teams

    Distribution and Transportation Management

    • Manage outbound distribution to ensure efficient, cost-effective delivery to customers and retail partners, including oversight of fleet operations and third-party logistics providers.
    • Monitor transport performance and costs while negotiating and managing logistics contracts to drive service excellence and efficiency.

    Financial and Cost Management

    • Develop and manage logistics and warehousing budgets while monitoring transportation, storage, and inventory costs relative to sales.
    • Drive cost reduction and optimal resource utilisation across the supply chain through efficiency and effective financial control.

    Compliance, Safety and Risk Management

    • Ensure full compliance with occupational health, safety, and regulatory requirements across warehousing, logistics, storage, and distribution operations.
    • Implement safety, risk mitigation, and business continuity plans to protect people, products, and supply chain continuity.

    Performance Management and Reporting

    • Establish, track, and monitor key supply chain performance indicators, including service levels, inventory accuracy, production adherence, and logistics performance.
    • Deliver regular performance reporting to executive leadership and leverage analytics to identify improvement opportunities.

    The experience we're looking for

    • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or Business Administration, 
    • Postgraduate qualification (Honours or Masters) in Supply Chain Management or Operations Management will be advantageous.
    • Ninimum 10–15 years of experience across supply chain, logistics, production planning, or operations, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
    • Strong FMCG manufacturing experience within multinational environments, managing high-volume inventory and complex distribution networks.
    • Proven capability in managing third-party logistics (3PL) partners and leading large-scale warehousing and distribution operations.
    • Demonstrated expertise in supply chain systems and methodologies, including SAP ERP, WMS, MRP, inventory optimisation, forecasting, production scheduling, analytics, and lean continuous improvement.
