    BE A BRAND & PRODUCT AMBASSADOR

    • Live and breathe the brand personality traits and company values, representing the brand in a premium way through everyday interactions with consumers or customers.
    • Grow the user base by inviting positive trial and awareness of Red Bull through product sampling to consumers at the right place and right time - competently answering any questions from consumers.
    • Build and execute a tailored and innovative campus plan which engages students and brings the brand to life at university.
    • Create a strong network, establishing and maintaining relationships with key local individuals.

    Territory Field Sales Manager | Inland North

    Territory Management

    • Manage and achieve defined KPI targets for the territory: store coverage, distribution, additional store placements, cashier coolers, Perfect Store, Winning vs Competition etc.
    • Coverage of defined database both personal and team. Complete all calls allocated to individual territory.

    Relationship Building

    • Build great relationships with Retailer, Gas and agency regional managers in defined territory by providing first class customers service and engagement with the world of Red Bull.

    Promotional Activities​​​​​​​

    • Drive the implementation of promotions according to the agreed conditions in the store from the first day.
    • Ensure that teams secure and improve the in-store presence of the Red Bull brand via implementation of Perfect Store Standards.

    Team Training and Development​​​​​​​

    • Train, motivate, lead and develop the skills of the team in order to maximize their potential and results.
    • Build a platform on which high potential candidates can develop and prepare for future roles of additional responsibility.

    Team Management

    • Define and communicate SMART objectives to the Regional field manager under his/her responsibility. Ensuring all teams have the information and tools they need to perform their role.
    • Establish and maintain a dynamic and fun team environment that encourages positive attitude, team interaction and creativity.

    Administrative work

    • Complete all reports before deadline. Use the reports to analyze and develop action plans for execution.

    Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:

    • Medium or higher commercial degree
    • 5 years experience in Off Premise sector, FMCG.
    • Previous successful experience leading field sales teams.
    • Leadership, motivation and team skills.
    • Clear understanding of the Off Premise channel.
    • A commitment to people management and development with a proven ability to build and develop talent.
    • Strong analytical and organizational ability.
    • Good working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and experience with Field Force automation.
