    Business Development Manager, Southern Africa Region

    Purpose

    • The Business Development Manager for the Southern Africa Region is responsible for driving strategic growth and market expansion within the region. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and developing partnerships that align =with the company’s objectives. The position involves analyzing market trends, creating tailored solutions for clients, and ensuring sustainable revenue growth through innovative business strategies. The Business Development Manager acts as a key liaison between the organization and regional stakeholders, ensuring compliance with local regulations and delivering exceptional value to customers.

    Key Responsibilities
    Develop Business with Chinese Enterprises in Southern Africa district

    • Develop relationships and drive business with Chinese enterprises in South Africa, extending beyond current Safety SA portfolios.

    Joint Development of New Business Lines

    • Collaborate with Safety SA teams to identify and drive development of new services and strategic projects.

    Coordinate CTI Group Resources & Support Local Capability Building

    • Coordinate CTI HQ and BU resources to support project execution and help BUs build local capabilities in Southern Africa district.

    Develop Strategic & Institutional Partnerships

    • Establish strategic partnerships with Chinese chambers, government bodies, associations, and key clients.

    Market Intelligence & Strategic Insights

    Job Requirements

    Education

    • Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Business, Marketing, Management, or related fields.

    Work Experience

    • 10+ years of experience in business development or market expansion.
    • African or Belt-and-Road market experience preferred.

    Skills & Competencies

    • Fluent English & Mandarin is required.

    Safetycloud SAMTRAC Trainer, Witbank

    Job Purpose:

    • To deliver high-quality occupational health and safety training aligned with NOSA, SAQA, SETA, and QCTO standards. The trainer will facilitate learning, assess and moderate learners, and contribute to SafetyCloud’s mission of promoting workplace safety and compliance.

    • ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 certificates (advantageous).

    Experience:

    • Minimum 2 years HSE training experience.
    • Minimum 5 years industry experience in SHEQ.
    • Experience with SAQA/SETA/QCTO/NOSA frameworks.

    Job Purpose

    • To provide administrative and coordination support for learners across the business. This role ensures accurate record-keeping, effective learner support, and compliance with internal policies and legislative requirements.

    Key Responsibilities

    Learner Administration

    • Maintain complete, accurate, and compliant learner records across all entities.
