VACANCY: ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE ADMINISTRATOR

Purpose of the job:

• Responsible for the billing of all invoices accurately for the organisation

Requirements

Minimum Requirements

• Matric Certificate
• Basic Accounting Certificate
• Computer literate
• A minimum of 3yrs experience in an accounting environment

Purpose of the job:

• To accurately and timeously capture, verify, and process patient and billing data, ensuring request information is correct, discrepancies are resolved, and billing documents are prepared in line with organisational policies, quality standards, and financial requirements.

Vacancy exists for  a Manager - First Line Processing & Inventory Control

(Paterson Grade C5)

Main Purpose:

• Maintain a sufficient and safe blood supply for the Western Cape
• Minimise product loss or wastage
• Lead, coach and motivate teams to achieve performance targets
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
• Support staff development and performance management
• Manage resources, schedules and workflows
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost efficiencies
• Communicate effectively and maintain a positive and productive environment.

Requirements

• Matric Certificate
• Medical Technologist qualification or equivalent with HPCSA registration
• Unendorsed driver’s licence/ reliable transport
