    Job Description

    • Supervises and co-ordinates workers, materials and plant in accordance with programme and deadlines.  Ensures compliance with the highest quality and safety standards at all times.  Optimises on-site resources at an operational level.

    Health, Safety and Environmental Officer

    Job Description

    • The HSE Officer implements the Business Operating System (BOS) and supports sites to achieve compliance and maintain optimal Health, Environment and Safety standards. The incumbent conducts site inspections and audits and monitors sub-contractor compliance. The HSE Officer ensures legislative and system compliance, identifies, and mitigates risk and contributes to maintaining ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 certification.

    Job Description

    • The Quantity Surveyor protects the company`s reputational contractual and commercial interests whilst lowering project costs bases and increasing the revenue stream. The incumbent acts in liaison with various project stakeholders to safeguard the company`s interests, advises on cost and contractual arrangements and prepares contract documents.     Job Description

    • The purpose and role of a Building Foreman is to ensure the delivery of projects safely, on time, within budget and snag free, responsible for scheduling, coordinating and supervising all site operatives within his/her section of work, organise all site teams, control designated sections of construction activities, responsible for placing of material & plant orders timeously, coordinating & implementation of the companies SHE procedures & policies, ensure implementation of the companies QMS procedures & policies, ensure that a quality product is achieved according to project specifications and good building practice.
