As an Associate HR Business Partner, you will work closely with the HR Business Partner and Operations Manager to support the implementation of HR strategies, policies, and procedures across various departments within SAMRC. You will play a crucial role in fostering a positive work environment, supporting employee development, and ensuring compliance with relevant labour laws and regulations. The job holder, as an HR generalist, will advise and assist with all the HR practices and systems.
The incumbent reports to the HRBP with support from HR Specialists and understands the key business/unit drivers and be proactive about the role in delivering in these areas.

The purpose of this job is to assist and work with the study team on a new project focusing on E-health technology. The aim of this study is to develop an integrated e-health intervention package for non-communicable diseases (NCDs) and sexual and reproductive health (SRH) for women and girls living in rural communities in South Africa.
