    New Business Sales Executive

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead generation
    • Leading and managing sales processes will be a key part of the role
    • Consultative sales is the approach for success
    • You will be required to take a hands-on approach with the products
    • Qualification of opportunities will be essential
    • In time, accurate sales forecasting will be required
    • Managing and maintaining the CRM system will be essential
    • Attending and presenting at monthly sales meetings is required 

    Key Requirements:

    Essential

    • At least 5 years’ experience selling Retail / POS or ERP Solutions
    • Must be comfortable working on a commissions basis probably OTE 50/50
    • Must have historical proof to achieving at least 80% of yearly targets for the last 3 years
    • Sales of related systems, BI, hardware or e-commerce will be an advantage
    • You must be a self-starter to be successful in this role
    • The ability to deliver presentations in a professional and structured manner up to board level
    • Comfortable with working in a team environment
    • Impeccable references - Must have customer and work references as to acumen, attitude and performance 

     Highly Desirable 

    • Diploma Bcom or similar 3-year qualification
    • Commercially astute 

     Special conditions 

    • A valid drivers’ license is essential
    • Must be able to travel locally and into Sub-Saharan Africa (when travel is permitted)

    Senior Account Manager

    Key Responsibilities:

    • This role will involve liaising internally and externally to manage specific customers and influence solutions. 
    • Building relationships at all levels including board and executive within the accounts
    • You will manage Account Managers on a daily basis ensuring they achieve targets, CSI and guidance
    • Identification and closure of sales opportunities within this account
    • Internal and external management of account to ensure maximum commercial return
    • It is expected that, as a minimum, you will deliver an agreed annual sales target for the named accounts
    • You will be required to manage and co-ordinate all commercial aspects of the account on a daily basis, with a focus of driving sales and taking more of their IT spend.
    • On a monthly basis, you will report and forecast at the sales meeting and via the CRM the activity and opportunities that exists within your accounts
    • It is expected that much of your time will be spent at your customers’ premises
    • You will be in control of all contractual aspects of our relationship with the customer with the full support of the management 

    Key Requirements:

    • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
    • Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
    • Creative, practical and able to work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines
    • High level of computer literacy, excellent Excel skills required
    • Strong commercial awareness in all areas
    • Experience of working in sales within a software solution sales environment
    • Excellent technical understanding from an application and technology perspective
    • Demonstrate success in a similar role
    • Deep knowledge of K8 or similar ERP system is compulsory 

    Special Role Requirements

    • A current SA driving licence is desired; overtime, travel and staying away from home will be a requirement

    Junior Account Manager

    Key Responsibilities:

    • This role will involve liaising internally and externally to manage specific customers and influence solutions
    • Building relationships at all levels including board and executive within the accounts
    • Identification and closure of sales opportunities within this account
    • Internal and external management of account to ensure maximum commercial return
    • It is expected that, as a minimum, you will deliver an agreed annual sales target for the named accounts
    • You will be required to manage and co-ordinate all commercial aspects of the account on a daily basis, with a focus of driving sales and taking more of their IT spend
    • On a monthly basis, you will report and forecast at the sales meeting and via the CRM the activity and opportunities that exists within your accounts
    • It is expected that much of your time will be spent office based
    • You will be in control of all contractual aspects of our relationship with the customer with the full support of the management
    • Follow up on all outstanding quotes and AM queue in Cherwell 
    • Manage quotes for sales and account managers
    • Updating of complete pipeline
    • To assist Sales Manager with outstanding debt management where required
    • Assist with Hubspot activities
    • Execute on any sales and/or marketing related administration 

    Key Requirements:
