    Senior State Accountant

    Responsibilities will include:

    • Perform monthly general ledger account reconciliations and resolve reconciling items
    • Monitor and manage unreconciled bank statement lines and receipt
    • Monitor and manage unidentified receipts
    • Prepare journals
    • Manage daily direct deposits
    • Manage year end process and assist in resolving audit queries
    • Manage debt collection process

    Minimum Requirements:

    •  National Diploma in Financial Accounting / Internal Auditing / Cost & Management Accounting
    • 2-3 years’ experience in an accounting environment with strong reconciliations experience
    • Must have working knowledge of PFMA and Treasury Regulations
    • Must have worked off GRAP or GAAP
    • Computer literate on Oracle/SAP/Pastel

    Customer Experience Consultant

    Key Performance Areas:

    • Collaborate with senior management and staff to understand their unique business objectives and Customer Experience (CX) challenges.
    • Build and maintain strong interdepartmental relationships through effective communication and exceptional people skills.
    • Conduct in-depth assessments and analysis of current CX processes and customer journeys.
    • Develop comprehensive CX strategies tailored to each client’s specific persona, needs and goals.
    • Identify key improvement metrics to measure the success of CX project initiatives.

    • Conduct customer research to better understand multiple personas’ needs leading to better customer enablement. Collect, analyse, and interpret customer feedback, survey data, and other relevant metrics.
    • Monitor and report on CX project performance, making adjustments as necessary.
    • Analyse and streamline customer processes and systems to eliminate bottlenecks and improve efficiency.
    • Utilise data-driven insights to provide strategic recommendations for improving customer experiences across multiple touchpoints.
    • Recommend and implement improvements to company systems and technologies to support improvement recommendations.
    • Implement best practices and industry standards to enhance CX delivery.
    • Determine how the findings need to be distributed and socialised with the business
    • Develop and document new processes and workflows that will enhance CX.
    • Provide training and guidance to teams to ensure the successful implementation of CX strategies.
    • Share industry knowledge and best practices to empower clients to sustain long-term improvements.

     Position Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
    • Proven experience in customer experience consulting or related roles.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Proficiency in CX software and tools.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Exceptional problem-solving and project management skills.

    Senior Accounting Clerk

     Responsibilities will include:

    •  Issue daily receipts for direct deposits
    • Collect outstanding debt
    • Reconcile receipt batch daily
    • Apply funds to invoices (permits and licenses)
    • Print and file receipt issued

    Minimum Requirements:

    Knowledge and Experience:

    • Have specialist knowledge of freight forwarding and clearing documents, procedures and practices gained through at least 7 years multi model estimates experience

    Administrative Assistant

    Key Perfomernce Areas:

     Reception;

    • Provide first contact support to students, prospective clients and the general public
    • Interact politely and effectively with a wide range of people from diverse backgrounds, with sensitivity to language and cultural barriers
    • Address queries in person, by email and telephone

    Administration;

    • Receive student bookings and capture student booking data on ELC administrative systems.

    Board Secretariat Officer

    Responsibilities:

     ​​​​​​​Board Secretariat Support Activities

    • Contribute to the preparation of notices, agendas, and meeting packs for the Board within prescribed timelines.
    • Ensure that all necessary documents pertaining to the Board meetings are loaded on Teams/ circulated electronically / delivered to the Board Members within the required timeframe.
    • Make sure that meeting rooms are booked including venue or link to virtual meeting where required and set up conference calls.
    • Assist with taking minutes and drafting action list for the Board meetings.
    • Maintain board committee resolution register.

    Administrative duties;

    • Coordinate office administration and planning support activities in line with the best practices.
    • Maintain the records management system for the Board Secretariat department.
    • Adhere to relevant legislative and regulatory requirements such as POPIA.
    • Conduct corporate governance research and draft corporate governance documents as and when required for the manager’s consideration.
    • Handle all Board Secretariat related enquiries and escalate to the Manager where necessary,

    Reporting;

    • Assist in the preparation and submission of reports.
    • Contribute to the development of functional reporting systems, for management, project, or performance reporting.

    Stakeholder Management;

    • Assist with inquiries and requests for information from both internal and external stakeholders.
    • Contribute to the maintenance of relationships with vendors, service providers or procurement teams and ensure that all relevant procured items are invoiced and paid on time.

    Qualifications and Experience;

    • Bachelor’s Degree/ Advanced Diploma in Business Administration/ Business Management/ Office Administration/ Management/ Administration related qualification.
    • Certification in Records Management will be advantageous.
    • Relevant 3 years’ experience in a Board Secretariat related environment.
    • Experience in a Records Management role will be advantageous.

    Mechanical Plant Operator 3

     Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

    • Reporting defects to the Foreman

    • Operate different machines
    • Ensure machine is in operation condition

    Minimum requirements:

    • Grade 10
    • Drivers license Code C – EC with PRDP

    • Must have minimum 2 years’ experience in operating various earthmoving machines
