    Corporate Reporting Specialist

    Overall Purpose of The Role

    Responsible for developing the firm’s key local reports that will position the brand as a leader to key stakeholders. This role will apply the principle of brand management to ensure that the firm’s reputation is maintained.

    Position Specifications

    Educational (minimum level necessary to perform the job)

    Professional/Tertiary

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Corporate Communications, Journalism, or a related field.   

    Other requirements

    • A strong grasp of data insight, publishing, and planning. Industry monitoring.

    Experience (minimum necessary before being considered for the job)

    • 5+ years of related experience in related fields of Marketing, Brand Management, Business Development and Stakeholder Management.
    • Impeccable written and spoken English (additional languages are an asset).
    • Proven experience in project management, preferably related to stakeholder engagement.
    • Outstanding presentation skills.
    • Excellent organisational skills, enabling stakeholder information base to be efficiently assessed and shared.
    • Experience in campaign management, brand communications, and a creative mindset.

    Pursuits & Proposals Associate

    Description of the role and purpose of the job:

    We have an exciting opportunity for a talented associate to join our Clients & Markets business unit within the Pursuits & Proposals team. If you have a passion for business and an interest in Sales & Marketing this could be your dream role. We are looking for someone who will thrive in a fast-moving, deadline driven environment whilst working alongside a highly skilled, specialist team.

    What a day within our team might look like

    You’ll put up your hand to grab every opportunity that comes your way to support the Pursuit & Proposal team with the smooth delivery of brand compliant, best-in-class pursuits and proposals with an edge!

    As our Associate, you will book meetings and take meeting notes, conduct research, format documents, liaise with the creative agency, perform quality checks, assist with editing, track project milestones, help to maintain the proposals portal – and more!

    You will learn the ropes from a close-knit, hardworking and fun team whilst liaising with business units across one of the most established and trusted professional services firms in the world. A significant area of growth will be your introduction to the KPMG MarketEDGE methodology which you will utilise to drive quality and trust at every stage of a bid response.

    Key responsibilities:

    • review pursuit and proposal requests and read RFP documents  
    • liaise with the Knowledge management team to obtain research as required
    • brief in template design and creative concepts and quality check for brand compliancy
    • arrange internal meetings, take and distribute accurate minutes
    • assist the proposal team with formatting and quality checking of documents including compliance and any other administrative tasks as required
    • keep track of project timelines and updating the teams on progress and gaps
    • liaise with printers, couriers and packaging suppliers to ensure invoices are paid, high quality delivery in maintained and timeous submissions are adhered to
    • peruse the APMP website and other platforms to research on leading technologies to support the bid process.
    • administratively support PoC projects by liaising with ITS, Risk and all key stakeholders to update on progress whilst processing invoices and checking project plans as required
    • assist the proposal team to update and maintain the internal comms platforms with relevant information and case studies.
    • build relationships within the Clients & Markets team and offer support across the sales & marketing services when there is capacity

    Skills and attributes required for the role:

    Skills:

    • Fluent in written and spoken English
    • Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively communicate at all levels within a professional services organisation
    • Excellent time management skills
    • Detail and quality driven
    • Analytical and problem solving
    • Intermediate Microsoft PowerPoint is essential
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word is essential
    • NFQ Level 5 in a business or marketing related qualification
    • 1 to 2 years of administrative experience in a business would be advantageous
    • Experience in bid writing or design would be advantageous

    Pursuit & Proposal Compliance Administrator

    Description of the role and purpose of the job:

    • Are you a natural organiser with a passion for business and an interest in Risk and Compliance? We have a great opportunity for a proactive Compliance Administrator to join our dynamic and thriving Pursuit & Proposals team.

    What your day might look like

    • You will be responsible for providing a high level of administrative support to the Pursuit & Proposals team including document management and archiving processes. You will work with the team to create processes and systems that support the administration of the function, ensure accurate records are maintained and critical timeframes are adhered to. You will also collate information, complete bid documents and quality check that ALL compliance docs attached to proposals are fully compliant with legal and regulatory requirements and best risk / compliance practice. You will encourage a positive compliance culture through close personal engagement with Partners and Associate whilst keeping the team abreast of key regulatory developments and industry standards.

    Key responsibilities:

    • Read requests for proposal support and thoroughly scan RFQs and RFP documents for compliance requirements.
    • Complete tender documents and collate required supporting documents
    •  Quality check all compliance docs to ensure they are fully compliant with legal and regulatory requirements and best risk / compliance practice
    •  Update and maintain the internal compliance portal
    •  Create processes and internal comms campaigns to encourage a positive compliance culture within the firm
    •  Compile compliance reports and supply updated stats when required
    •  peruse the APMP website and other platforms to research on leading technologies to support compliance processes
    •  administratively support any PoC projects by liaising with ITS, Risk and all key stakeholders to update on progress whilst processing invoices and checking project plans as required
