    Customer Experience (CX) Developer (MBSA)

    Objective of the job:

    • Development and Reporting role in Mercedes-Benz Marketing & Sales.
    •  To be the technical custodian of MBSA’s marketing applications.

    ITO-CH Manager IT Hub (Supply Chain)

     Job Description

    • You will take over the leadership and management of a diverse and international product team, in the supply chain domain.
    • You and your team, consisting of technical product owners and a variety of IT experts, are responsible for the agile product development/DevOps of the systems/products, for Mercedes-Benz Production Operations Systems (in Supply Chain) and you will help shape it with suitable cloud-native architectures, service interfaces and technologies.
    •  You will form part of the management team for the MBSA IT Hub and together with business partners, supports the requirements of the various COC departments through different working collaboration models, while ensuring compliance with Mercedes-Benz corporate IT Strategies, Standards, and Cybersecurity requirements. 
    • The products you will be responsible for are projects in the Intralogistics, Programme, Capacity Management and Global inbound and outbound logistics domains.
    • The product teams can consist of internal and external members.

    Your tasks / These challenges await you:

    • Strategic alignment and design of your products in cooperation with our business partners of SC, design of a product      vision, roadmap and growth strategy in cooperation with the Product Owner TTO and the Business Partner.
    • Responsible for negotiating priorities, scope, capacity deployment, timelines for all responsible products with all  stakeholders. You will act as a cross-product point of contact.

    Qualifications
    Qualification and Experience

    •  Minimum NQF7 or equivalent degree in computer science or comparable engineering/scientific qualification with extensive IT training
    •  Management Portfolio rating as Ready and/or PV44 Confirmed (Note: You have to be PV44 confirmed to be appointed at Level      4)
    •  Several years of experience in various areas of IT, preferably with SAP experience and knowledge of logistical processes
    •  Experience in stakeholder management, conflict and negotiation skills and assertiveness and leadership experience (previous team      lead or management roles)
    •  Knowledge of agile methods and innovative concepts and development concepts (Scrum, DevOps)
