    Head of Operations

    Key roles and responsibilities:

    • Contribute to strategy formulation and the setting of strategic direction
    • Ensure the strategic implementation and execution within the assigned area of responsibility
    • Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations to meet budget and other financial goals
    • Contribute to the successful execution of business strategies for products and services provided by the company
    • Support with development and implementation of a system to track and report on the progress of strategic plan implementation
    • Ensure that all department heads are fully informed of the operational objectives of the business
    • Participate in the design and development of operational processes, policies and improvements related to these processes for each department in their domain
    • Manage and oversee the establishment of performance goals, and allocates resources
    • Set operational and/or performance goals for each department which are aggressive, achievable and linked to long-term goals
    • Ensure that operational activities comply with organisational requirements for quality management, legal stipulations and general duty of care
    • Participate in acquisition and growth activities that support overall business objectives and plans
    • Contribute to capital market development, including participating in road shows, relevant meetings with stakeholders
    • Advise the management team and/or department heads on key planning issues and make recommendations on important business decisions
    • Facilitating regular meetings with department heads to ensure that operational objectives are achieved
    • Implementing all tactical human resource procedures, managing and leading a group of department heads, setting goals and managing performance accordingly

    Human Resources Consultant

    Key roles and responsibilities:

    • Participate in the implementation of strategies relating to the recruitment, development, engagement and general HR support of employees in the area of responsibility and/or stakeholder group.
    • Support teams and peers to align HR initiatives and functions with business objectives and business needs.
    • Act as a consultative business partner to the assigned stakeholder group by advising them of trends in HR practices, the labour market and general developments that could impact on the human resources in the area of responsibility.
    • Execute all the programmes developed by the relevant HR team in the assigned stakeholder group.
    • Ensure that all employees are mapped to the correct NTTJF jobs, to continuously alignment to the NTT job framework and drive effective employee metrics.
    • Assist in the deployment, management and measurement of learning and development programmes.
    • Support the compilation of talent pipelines, execute targeted recruitment campaigns for prospective employees and support any other initiatives required to effectively recruit for the area of responsibility.
    • Support on-going engagement of employees in the assigned stakeholder group through communication, information sharing and knowledge management.
    • Bring subject matter expertise by using data for analysis and trend establishment to understand performance and productivity drivers in the relevant employee base.
    • Actively contribute to the growth and success of the business in the designated stakeholder group.

    • Technical understanding of the vast range of IT operations and NTT service offerings
    • Knowledge and understanding of IT industry environment and business needs

    Experience required:

    • Demonstrable experience working as a HR Business Partner in a global organisation
    • Demonstrated experience in working closely with a variety of internal and external stakeholders at different levels in the business
    • Proficient in HR technologies including experience in HRIS, LMS, e-Recruitment and Payroll systems
    • Demonstrable experience with HR metrics
