SACAP is looking for an Admissions Officer for the ONL (Online) Campus based at Head Office in Claremont; who is responsible for selling SACAP programmes, growing SACAP student new student numbers, finding new business and maintaining a healthy pipeline for future deals, and responding to new and current client base regarding complaints and services.
Responsibilities:
The candidate will be required to perform various functions that would include:
Follow up on all enquiries using the CRM system in close collaboration with other staff in the admissions department:
- Send templates to each student
- Call back students who request a call
- Provide clarifications to student’s queries in a professional manner
- Follow-up with students for any enquiries through direct meetings, live chat, phone calls and emails
Assist the marketing team at SACAP with in-house and external events:
- School Expo’s
- Make sure there is enough marketing material
- Represent the college in a professional way
Participate at SACAP Information Evenings and Open Days throughout the year:
- Make sure information packs are made
- Make sure all information given is up to date
- Present to classes on the courses available
- Assist with arranging orientation programs, educational workshops and graduation programs for students
Provide testimonials and participating in Media and Public Relations campaigns when necessary
Monitor and updating ALL SACAP Social Networks and the CRM system:
- Updating all systems such as CRM, Student Base and student Manager, insuring tagging and inserted information is correct
- Linking students with other departments within SACAP
Monitor and follow through with all prospective students:
- Leads on CRM
- Walk ins
- Emails
- Telephone calls
Interview new students entering new programmes:
- Interview students to understand their objectives and background
Provide Career Guidance for all new students:
- Advise students about the programs offered, admission procedure, eligibility and costs involved
Provide information and product training for all stakeholders of SACAP on the various qualifications:
- Product training presentation
- Provide support to prepare admission related presentations
- Develop innovative communication strategies, recruitment strategies and enrolment plans in coordination with senior management to attract and enrol more students
- Maintain a database of student information, telephone logs and student feedbacks in order to generate student reports for management whenever required
Assist students with registration process and study plan:
- Application forms
- Registration forms
- Financial Documents
- Career guidance
- MERs
- Provide assistance to the students to complete the enrolment forms
- Review all the students’ applications and refer the students to financial services personnel if required
- BioPsychoSocials
- Visa letters
Filing and tracking all new student documentation:
- File and track all information received in an organized manner

- Make the necessary phone calls and meetings to help boost sales

- Schedule appointments and meetings as necessary
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum education in Matric/Grade 12 certificate
- Proven work experience as a sales consultant
- Familiarity with CRM and Sales Force programmes

The Junior Teaching and Learning Coordinator coordinates and administers faculty-related activities associated with the Online Campus.
