    Receptionist

    Job Description

    • Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls;
    • Manage 200+ calls a day;
    • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material;
    • Organize, store and print company documents as needed;
    • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships;

    Business Consultant (Support)

    Job Description

    • Mainly – build strong long-term client relationships
    • Work under pressure while maintaining a high level of customer service
    • Interact, correspond and consult with clients via various means of communication (e-mail, telephone etc.)
    • Manage +-200 emails daily
    • “Upsell” Company services
    • Meet personal/team sales targets
    • Provide guidance for any occurring problems and issues
    • Client complaint management
    • Remain up to date with company services and service knowledge
