    Admin Assistant Retail - iStore Walmer Park

    • As an iStore Admin Assistant, you will support and assist the Admin/Operations Manager in the iStore with stock control and asset management, etc to minimise risk. You will provide support in ensuring that all iStore policies, processes, and standard operating procedures (SOP’s) are adhered to.

    You need to have:

    • A Completed Matric (Tertiary Qualification would be advantageous)
    • 1+ years admin experience in a retail environment or a degree
    • 2+ years admin experience in a different industry

    Marketing Coordinator

    About the Role

    • Are you a highly organised and detail-oriented digital marketer with a passion for social media, content creation, and paid media? We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team and play a crucial role in executing and managing marketing activities across multiple business units, including iStore, iStore Pre-Owned, iStore Business, and iStore Education.

    Key Responsibilities

    Paid Media Briefs

    • Assist the Campaign Manager with creative and digital marketing briefs.
    • Prepare and manage paid media campaign briefs for social, LinkedIn, and Google ads.
    • Align activities with media schedules and obtain necessary approvals.
    • Ensure timely updates and re-alignment of marketing collateral, pricing, and deals.
    • Support Apple approvals for marketing assets and creatives.

    Social Media Content Management

    • Oversee and schedule organic content across multiple social pages.
    • Brief designers on static and video content at least a week in advance.
    • Write, review, and test copy for social media, ensuring alignment with brand goals.
    • Obtain approvals from relevant stakeholders before publishing.

    Sponsored Content & Campaigns

    • Coordinate internal briefs and gather required assets for sponsored content.
    • Manage agency and publisher briefs with approved creative elements and audience targeting.
    • Track campaign performance and optimise for best results.

    Email Marketing & Newsletters

    • Assist in planning and executing weekly newsletters.
    • Work with designers to develop engaging email content.
    • Ensure accuracy of pricing and campaign messaging before deployment.
    • Oversee scheduling and sending via Brevo, ensuring all content and links are tested.

    Reporting & Compliance

    • Support quarterly media plan execution and ensure Apple KPI alignment.
    • Prepare and submit Apple Proof of Action (POA) reports monthly.

    What We’re Looking For

    • Strong organisational and project management skills.
    • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
    • Proficiency in content scheduling tools, briefing platforms, and email marketing software.
    • Strong understanding of social media trends and emerging digital technologies.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and within a team.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
    • 2+ years of experience in social media marketing.
    • Proven track record of managing digital media campaigns.
    • Strong content creation and copywriting skills.
    • Experience with digital media analytics tools.
