    Training Administrator (North West - Rustenburg)

    Description
    Key Responsibilities

    • To comply with policies by maintaining up-to-date knowledge and understanding of policies, participating in training sessions and sourcing answers to any queries daily and as required.
    • To comply with processes by maintaining up-to-date knowledge and understanding of processes, implementing the correct process and addressing any areas of concern daily.  
    • To propose improvements to processes by identifying an area for improvement, presenting to line manager and providing additional information as relevant.
    • To maintain the dual Learning Management Systems (LMS) by regularly updating training catalogs, ensuring content accuracy, implementing document version controls and naming conventions, verifying compliance with training standards, and taking corrective actions where necessary. 
    • To support the coordination of the learning framework by sourcing and integrating relevant inputs, ensuring alignment with business and individual learning needs, and maintaining a consistent and on-brand training structure. 
    • To implement statutory training requirements by understanding regulatory mandates, embedding compliance into training processes, tracking participation, and reporting required metrics on a monthly basis. 
    • To support the development and execution of onboarding and orientation programs by gathering content from relevant departments, preparing program materials, ensuring seamless coordination, and facilitating implementation on a monthly basis. 
    • To enhance training program engagement by contributing creative and interactive learning methods, integrating technology-driven solutions, and ensuring a vibrant learning experience that keeps employees actively engaged. 
    • To manage training administration by handling training-related inquiries, arranging logistics such as room bookings, calendar invitations, catering, and equipment, monitoring attendance, following up on participation, and requesting feedback from attendees and training providers. 
    • To contribute to vendor agreements and contract management by drafting inputs for terms of reference, reviewing contracts for alignment with training needs, verifying compliance, and escalating discrepancies as required. 
    • To report on Group training objectives and expenditure  by collecting, analyzing, and collating training data, preparing reports, and submitting them to the line manager for verification on a monthly basis. 
    • To provide training support to employees by acting as the primary contact for staff pursuing professional qualifications, addressing queries, and offering continuous guidance and assistance on an ongoing basis. 
    • To implement  and comply with SHE practices by understanding required actions, implementing and reviewing within deadline or as per process. 
    • To maintain stakeholder relationships by liaising with key internal and external stakeholders, providing input and feedback actions, receiving feedback and contributions and collaborating as required.
    • To contribute to the team by participating in events, identifying areas of support required within the team and providing the required support, engaging with the team and being an active member of the team daily 
    • To implement self-development activities by identifying areas of development, sourcing options for capacity development activities, sourcing approval and completing the activities successful as relevant.
    • To be a contributing member of the organization as a whole by participating in company events, supporting company driven activities and living the Enaex values daily.

    Requirements

    • Matric / Grade 12 or equivalent.
    • Relevant Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in a relevant field.
    • 2 to 4 Years’ experience in professional training.

    Explosive Operator Gr2 (Northern Cape)

    Description
    FUNCTIONAL OUTPUTS

    • Comply with all Customer rules and procedures when operating at Customer sites
    • Assist the Explosives Controller to conduct routine fault finding, trouble shooting, maintenance and repairs on the MMU process plant and chassis
    • Assist the Site Administrator with stock control
    • Load and unload the MMU with the correct raw materials.
    • Unload raw materials (emulsion Matrix and Expan tankers).
    • Cleaning and decontamination of MMU.
    • Identification of any abnormal conditions on the MMU and within the work area and reporting thereof to the Explosives Controller and/or Site Supervisor.
    • Maintain ownership of bulk explosives MMU by conducting good housekeeping of the cab, chassis and plant.
    • Minimize and clean up any raw material spillage and dispose of any spillage in the correct waste streams.
    • Ensure correct PPE is used is in good condition and is correctly worn at all times.
    • Housekeeping of work area.
    • Identify workplace hazards and associated risks and deal with it appropriately ( Hirac & Risk Assessment).
    • Knowledge of relevant hand tools.
    • Knowledge of emergency procedures.
    • Comply to the Mine`s safety and health procedures.
    • Attend to mines induction training.
    • Maintain basic safety, health and environment issues.
    • Assess the product application practices.
    • Identify incorrect product application practices.
    • Demonstrate and coach the correct practices.

    Requirements
    Minimum Requirements and Experience:

    • Must have Grade 12.
    • 1-2 years’ experience in the mining or similar environment.
    • Possession of a valid code C Driver’s license.

    Advantageous

    • Blasting Assistant Certificate.
    • Competency A Certificate.

    Assistant Magazine Master (Limpopo - Lephalale)

    Description
    FUNCTIONAL OUTPUTS

    • Responsible for Weed control.
    • Ensure correctness of Magazine registers to physical stock, use correct colour pens for booking in and out.
    • Magazine licences available and not exceeded.
    • Availability of stocks, internal and external.
    • Maintain minimum stock levels.
    • Production Planning.
    • Loading Errors.
    • Balance Physical stock vs SAP.
    • Old Product – regular rework and management of old product.
    • Ensure Three way check of delivery notes, delivery note vs freight summary vs customer order vs available stock done by three individuals.
    • Ensure general appearance of delivery notes is at acceptable standard.
    • Ensure full Order On Time.
    • Manage work attendance.
    • Manage overtime to not exceed prescribed hours.
    • Performance Management.
    • Ensure safety takes priority in all day to day activities.
    • Manage security of magazines.
    • Ensure sub ordinates always wear applicable PPE.
    • Ensure SOX compliance reports are completed.
    • Track real time stock movement on SAP.

    Requirements

    • Grade 12.
    • Magazine Master Certificate CIE.
    • Driver’s License.
    • Minimum 1+ years of Magazine experience.
    • SAP Experience is an advantage.

    Magazines Administrator (Mpumalanga - Secunda)

    Description

    Duties include, but are not limited to:

    • Accountable for completion of all production reports on weekly/monthly basis.
    • Control receipt of raw materials.
    • Update and control of Enaex Africa IMS System and IMS System.
    • Update and control Planed Task Observation (PTO), Planned Inspection and site induction as per schedule.
    • Print loading instructions, stickers.
    • Check daily stock with controller and action stock control duties.
    • Ensure all notice boards are correct, neat, and updated correctly.
    • Arrange induction and medical examination for employees.
    • Record keeping of stock levels.
    • Assisting with general administrative work.
    • Update and ensure correct time and attendance is captured.
    • Ensure good housekeeping practices are maintained in offices.
    • Loading of purchase requisitions.
    • Liaise with buyers, suppliers, end users and demand coordinator.
    • Ordering of raw materials and PPE.
    • Knowledge on SAP and SAP related transactions (Loading of PR, Follow-up on Purchase Orders, and communication with Buyers).

    Requirements

    • Grade 12.
    • Diploma qualification is an advantage.
    • Must be computer literate (MS Office).
    • 2-3 years administrative experience with SAP.
    • Computer knowledge (MS Office).
