    • 7+ years sales and negotiation experience 
    • OR Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Law, Marketing, Finance, Communication, Education (or equivalent) or related field AND 5+ years sales and negotiation experience or related work or internship experience 

    Responsibilities

    • You will achieve revenue and business growth for Microsoft and ensure compliance through the sales process. 
    • You will understand your customers’ needs and address objections and tailor commercial solutions to ensure long-term success. 
    • You will lead internal and external sales through commercial construct and deal making. Optimize right level of investment and customization leveraging price and non-price concessions while achievering ontime renewals 
    • You will identify and maximize business opportunities with new offerings, like Copilot and strategize and take relevant steps to make sure deal execution is successful.  
    • You will be responsible for the negotiation Strategy by collaborating with Sales and Finance stakeholders to define the negotiation strategy and drive internal alignment regarding pricing, terms, and conditions.  
    • As the Lead Negotiator, you will prepare compelling negotiation proposals, articulate value proposition and address customer concerns effectively. 
    • You will develop trusted relationships with key customer stakeholders, partners, Account Team, Specialist Teams in order to help our customers deliver their business goals and achieve Microsoft revenue targets and collaborate with your peers in other areas to achieve business continuity, balance workload if required and share learnings.

    Cloud & AI Solution Engineer – Azure Platform

    Qualifications

    Required Qualifications

    • 5+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience
    • OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 4+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience
    • OR Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 3+ year(s) technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience
    • OR equivalent experience
    • Proven experience in cloud infrastructure, including migration of workloads such as Windows, SQL, Linux, and PostgreSQL.
    • Experience designing or selling solutions involving hybrid networking, secure connectivity, or network performance optimization in enterprise environments.
    • Hands-on experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), App Platform, and containerization strategies.
    • Strong understanding of Azure services, including security, compliance, and hybrid cloud scenarios.
    • Ability to engage technical and business stakeholders to design and deploy scalable, secure cloud solutions.

    • 6+ years technical pre-sales, technical consulting, or technology delivery, or related experience

    OR equivalent experience

    • 4+ years experience with cloud and hybrid, or on premises infrastructure, architecture designs, migrations, industry standards, and/or technology management

    • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as GDPR, HIPAA, and Public Sector compliance standards.

    • Lead hands-on engagements—hackathons and architecture workshops—to accelerate adoption of Microsoft’s cloud platforms. 
    • Build trusted relationships with platform leads, co-designing secure, scalable architectures and solutions 
    • Resolve technical blockers and objections, collaborating with engineering to share insights and improve products. 
    • Maintain deep expertise in Analytics Portfolio: Microsoft Fabric (OneLake, DW, real-time intelligence, BI, Copilot), Azure Databricks, Purview Data Governance and Azure Databases: SQL DB, Cosmos DB, PostgreSQL. 
    • Maintain and grow expertise in on-prem EDW (Teradata, Netezza, Exadata), Hadoop & BI solutions.

    Partner Development Manager (ISVs)

    Qualifications

    We’re looking for a strategic and collaborative individual who thrives in complex, multicultural environments and can influence stakeholders at all levels within an organisation. To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate:  

    • Established track record in solution sales, with the ability to drive strategic partner engagements and commercial outcomes.

    Responsibilities

    This role involves a high level of stakeholder engagement and relationship building, as you foster trust between local ISVs and Microsoft across the region. Responsibilities include: 

    • Identify and prioritise high-potential ISVs for recruitment, leveraging insights from venture capital, industry feedback, and Microsoft solution area teams. 
    • Drive targeted partner recruitment aligned to Cloud & AI solutions, and industry priorities, with a focus on competitive differentiation. 
    • Engage C-suite executives and build trusted relationships through regular communications and structured rhythms of business. 
    • Secure partner commitment to build on Microsoft platforms, developing joint business plans and solution development roadmaps, as well as Azure Commit to Consume agreement.
