    Receptionist - Hotel Experience Only

    Description

    Duty Manager - Sandton

    Description

    • The duty manager reports into the relevant department heads on any particular shift.     Head Concierge

    Description

    • The Head Concierge has the sole responsibility for establishing and ensuring a ‘World Class Client Experience
    • You will ensure that the highest standards of quality and service are maintained within the hotel
    • You will manage a subordinate who will form part of your Concierge Team and will ensure that the correct standard and performance is executed at all times
    • Make dining and other reservations for patrons, and obtain tickets for events
    • Provide information about local features such as shopping, dining, nightlife, and recreational destinations
    • Make travel arrangements for sightseeing and other tours
    • Receive, store, and deliver luggage and mail (if and when required)
    • Perform office duties on a temporary basis when needed
    • Pick up and deliver items, or run errands for guests

    • Arrange for the replacement of items lost by travelers
    • Ensure you are proficient in all front office duties – specifically check-in, check-out and payment procedures

    Executive Sous Chef - Mbombela

    Description:

    • The Sous Chef is responsible for assisting the Head Chef with all food production in the restaurant, conferences and banqueting, room service and any other food outlets.  This includes developing and costing menus, orders and recipe development, while maintaining the highest professional food quality and sanitation standards. The Sous Chef assumes a position of Second-In-Charge when the Executive Sous Chef is not present, and takes charge of the Kitchen and its operation in the absence of the Executive Sous Chef.  The position is primarily concerned with three main functional activities: supervision, food production and administration.
