    Recruitment Administrator - Johannesbur

    You will have the following:

    • Diploma in HR Management
    • 3 – 4 years' experience in HR of which a minimum of 1 year is in a recruitment related role.
    • Experience in the mining environment highly advantageous
    • Fluency in English is essential, other language skills such as (French, Swahili and Mandarin is advantageous)
    • You will have advanced skills and knowledge in:
    • Recruitment experience (360 recruitment process understanding and knowledge)
    • Leave administration understanding
    • Travel administration knowledge
    • HR policies and processes driven.

    You will be responsible for:

    Providing human resources and recruitment administration support by;

    • Reference the Labour Plan that stipulates the vacancy list
    • Obtain the job description and request French translations when needed
    • Prepare Job Adverts on the company website and request for the advert to be done at ONEM
    • Post the job within the stipulated timelines
    • Assist with pre-screening and shortlisting process when required
    • Assist with Set up an interview panel
    • Contact candidate to set up interview
    • Use scoresheet for each interview
    • Prepare offer letters
    • Review request to employ documents and obtain approvals
    • Update recruitment tracker
    • Ensure successful candidates are communicated to the Onboarding team
    • Monitor and control absenteeism - by reviewing monthly timesheets

    Accounts Supervisor - JHB

    Responsibilities:

    • Central point of contact to Sandton office budget holders, Suppliers and Creditors Clerks.
    • Daily review and release of Accounts Payable across multiple companies.
    • Supervision of Accounts Payable staff ensuring timeous payments to all suppliers.
    • Ensuring that all company Policies and Procedures are strictly complied with.
    • Following up on all unresolved queries for AP/AR.
    • Credit checks, Vendor Verification and Capturing.
    • Monthly review of all outstanding purchase orders.
    • Monthly Trade Accruals.
    • Monthly management fee reconciliation’s (AR/AP)
    • Monthly review and follow up with all bookkeepers on Debtor /Creditor Age analysis.
    • Managing the administration of bank accounts and online banking platforms.
    • First review of petty cash at all sites.
    • Assistance with annual budgets
    • Preparation of audit schedules and assistance on all audits
    • Stand in for AP/AR when necessary.
    • Sundry accounting functions as required.
    • General support and assistance to the Finance Team.

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • Completed Finance degree.
    • Extensive knowledge of Accounting Software, Proficient in Excel, Supervision skills.

    Network Engineer - Sandton

    Mandatory qualifications required:

    • Senior Certificate (Grade 12)
    • National Diploma Information Technology.
    • Cisco Certified Network Administrator and Professional (e.g. Knowledge of CCNA, CCNP).
    • Advantageous: Cisco Certified Design Professional.
    • Advantageous: Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert.
    • Valid Driver’s License.

    You will have the following:

    • Microsoft Azure Foundation Certification. 
    • 10+ years relevant experience in management of the Storage and Server (Physical / Virtual) Infrastructure including (but not limited to) Windows Environment.
    • 3+ years hands on experience with troubleshooting and providing support required in Virtual or Cloud platform (Azure) including backup and recovery of all systems.
    • Proven experience in overseeing the design, development, and implementation of server infrastructure.
    • Proven experience with systems planning, security principles, and general software management best practices.
    • Writing automation scripts with languages such as PowerShell and Bash/Shell.
    • Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws.

    Your Key Performance Activities will include but not limited to: 

    Process:

    • Responsible for network architecture design and implementation aligned with business requirements and objectives.
    • Translate business goals, objectives and requirements into a technical design, gathering business requirements and objectives.
    • Procurement and project management support. Provide input into the forecasting, planning and implementing of new solutions.
    • Responsible to perform network utilization, capacity and planning as per ICT principles and standards.
    • Ensure principles and standards are met when multi vendors doing installations.
    • Reporting, Monitoring, Evaluation and Audit: Ensure that all ICT reporting is aligned with standards, guidelines and schedules.
    • Responsible for network cabling (Fiber, Twisted Pair, etc.) across the group.
    • Responsible to liaise with applicable hardware suppliers and ensure standards and timelines are met during installations.
    • Responsible to perform network monitoring and troubleshooting.
    • Ensure uptime and reliability through monitoring applications.
    • Work with on mine and Group ICT personnel and business representative and service providers to ensure that the integration of all required communication networks are achieved.
    • Provide ICT Support to operational and group personnel requiring hardware and/or software solutions.
    • Responsible for the setting-up and configuring of wireless equipment across the group.
    • Analyze technical needs, requirements and state of the network's infrastructure design, integration and operations.
    • Responsible for set-up and configuration of L2 + L3 Switching (Cisco, Fortinet, Dell, HP Aruba, Mikrotik, Brocade, Ubiquity, Moxa, etc.) across the group.
    • Responsible for the configuration of Routers & Firewalls across the group.
    • Responsible for set-up and configuration of VPN across the group.
    • Responsible for set-up and configuration of CCTV systems across the group.
    • Responsible for IP Auditing, equipment update’s & licensing across the group.
    • Responsible for environmental monitoring (Temperature Control, Humidity Control, Fire Control) across the group.
    • Responsible for Network Infrastructure Asset Management across the group.
    • Server Room & Network Infrastructure Housekeeping.
    • Company Policy & Procedures Compliance: Takes cognizance of and adhere to Company policies, procedures and relevant legislation. Manage and report on non-compliance issues.
