Purpose: To manage the local liquor sales to members and provides general administrative support

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric/Grade 12
• A relevant tertiary qualification will be advantageous
• At least 3 to 5 years’ experience in sales and cash reconciliation
• In-depth knowledge of Wine and Spirits would be advantageous
• Computer literate (SAP and Excel)
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Experience in stock management

Job Summary:

• Monitor and maintain weekly/monthly stock check
• Drive sales in order to increase sales and volumes
• Ensure that the image of the store is in line with agreed standards
• Maintain customer satisfaction levels
• Receive, advise and take customers’ orders
• Issue invoices to customers
• Laisse with warehouse and logistic teams to coordinate deliveries and returns for outline depots
• Assist and coordinate deliveries and returns for customer accounts
• Provide administrative support to the stock team, including data entry and filing
• Do daily sales recon and banking
• Generate daily sales report and differentiate between cash and credit card transactions
• Create requisitions as necessary
• Receipt of all invoices on SAP

Purpose: 

To ensure exposure, increased sales and achievement of targets by representing the company and its brands, by visiting On-consumption outlets (clubs, bars, etc.)  and Liquor outlets as per a contracted call cycle and in the process grow the KWV customer base within a specific geographical area.

Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12, a relevant tertiary qualification in sales and or marketing will be advantageous
• Obligatory evenings and weekends work
• At least 2 years relevant experience in FMCG, experience in the liquor industry will be advantageous
• Computer literate on advanced level
• Must have own vehicle and a valid driver’s license without endorsements
• Must have the ability to communicate in English (verbal and written)
• Experience in wine & brandy and/or a wine certificate from Cape Wine academy or WSET will be an advantage
• Sommelier experience will be an advantage

Job Summary:

• Brand activation in the on-consumption outlets, to be present at all activations within your outlets and territory and to manage promoters provided by external agencies
• Achieve volume & availability targets
• Achieve merchandising and brand visibility targets as per in trade execution plans
• Negotiate Wine/Spirits listings in targeted outlets within investment guidelines
• Activate wine, spirits and RTD(ready to drink) listings in outlets
• Facilitate regular Wine and Spirit tastings
• Negotiate Wine and Spirit listings
• Implement & activate all cycle activity throughout the year
