• We are looking for a highly organised, systems‑driven leader to oversee this essential operation. This role demands someone who works with urgency, communicates confidently at all levels, makes sound decisions under pressure and leads a high‑performing team in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.

The ideal Raw Materials Operations Leader will be required to:

• Act as a key stakeholder in raw material supply, collaborating closely with Procurement, Manufacturing and Planning.
• Build strong relationships with operations leadership to ensure seamless collaboration.
• Direct and oversee all warehouse activities, ensuring daily processes and systems run efficiently.
• Investigate and report on service levels from picking to dispatch, driving continuous improvement.
• Manage health and safety compliance, maintenance and security matters within the warehouse.
• Ensure warehouse equipment is maintained according to company requirements.
• Lead by example—motivating, developing and supporting team members while proactively addressing operational challenges.
• Work to tight deadlines in a demanding environment and be available after hours when required.
