    Travel Expert | Managed People Solutions | National

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Drive direct sales by generating leads, closing deals, and filling yacht charter vacancies.
    • Utilize existing platforms and systems to reach potential clients, ensuring a consistent pipeline of sales opportunities.
    • Interact with guests, explain the unique value of the charter experience, address consumer concerns, and overcome sales objections.
    • Expand revenue opportunities by offering additional experiences, larger vessels, or premium services.
    • Assist in the sales and management of yacht charters while ensuring smooth operations.
    • Maintain strong relationships with client's post-sale to drive repeat business and referrals.
    • Work with leadership to improve processes, share insights, and contribute to the expansion of the sales team.

    Key Requirements:

    • 3 to 5 years of proven sales experience, ideally in travel, luxury leisure, or high-ticket sales.
    • Experience in cold calling and lead generation, with a strong ability to convert leads into sales.
    • Sales and business acumen, including pipeline management and strategic outreach.
    • Self-starter mindset, highly motivated to achieve and exceed targets.
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade high-net-worth clients.
    • Ability to work within Atlantic Standard Time (AST) to align with business operations.
    • Familiarity with CRM systems & sales platforms (MMK, CYA, Dial Add, etc.) is an advantage.
    • Cultural awareness of American consumer preferences and expectations in luxury travel.
    • Willingness to take initiative and explore new sales territories.

    Time and Attendance Administrator | Managed People Solutions | Cape Town

    Responsibilities Include:

    Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

    • Issue clock numbers to new employees on their first day.
    • Add new employees to the clock machine and the Viper system.
    • Notify the store, Regional Manager, and Trainer of new employee clock numbers.
    • Download clock data from stores regularly.
    • Monitor and check employee attendance on a daily basis.
    • Report absenteeism and late arrivals to the Payroll Manager.
    • Update store shift rosters as required.

    Clock System Management:

    • Report any non-functioning clock machines to the IT department and ensure timely resolution.
    • Maintain and update the clock system database to ensure accuracy and functionality.

    Human Capital Management & Development:

    • Ensure personal quality and productivity standards are consistently met.
    • Plan, prioritize, and manage competing demands effectively.
    • Adapt to and manage change in a fast-paced environment.
    • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

    Administration & Reporting:

    • Submit required reports and documentation to the Payroll Manager in a timely manner.
    • Safeguard and manage company-issued assets to ensure proper use and care.

     Qualifications and Experience:

    • Grade 12 – NQF 4
    • Experience in retail environment (FMCG)

    National Merchandising Manager | Managed People Solutions | Johannesburg

    Responsibilities Include:

    • Ensure that all costing models are developed for the business unit and that costs are optimised in accordance with these models.
    • Ensure that operational requirements take place within the budget provided for the BU and that no over-expenditure occurs.
    • Drive strategy formulation in the BU by identifying relevant strategic KPI’s and objectives.
    • Future-proof the BU and identify new business ventures and opportunities for growth.
    • Oversee operations of the Merchandising Business Unit to ensure that operational and strategic objectives and deliverables are achieved.
    • Effective management of MPS CMD to ensure that stores have been allocated in a way that optimises costs and operations.
    • Report on operations on a monthly and quarterly basis.
    • Ensure that BI reporting is completed in line with the company’s requirements for decision-making.
    • Drive audit function for the purpose of compliance and improvements.
    • Conduct regular meetings to understand the client’s business and engage in collaborative strategic planning and identify where the company can bridge gaps for them.
    • Oversee and manage the implementation of ad hoc projects as requested.
    • Ensure that all new projects are deployed effectively and efficiently and embedded for optimal performance.
    • Ensure that your knowledge pertaining to industry trends, challenges, changes, etc. is continuously kept up to date.
    • Ensure relevant policies and SOPs are up to date within the BU by enforcing corporate governance.
    • Facilitate open and effective communication and promote cross-functional and cross-company collaboration.

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • Degree relating to Sales, Business or Marketing Management
    • Postgraduate degree relating to Sales, Business or Marketing is advantageous
    • 5 – 8 years’ experience in a Regional Sales or Merchandising Management Role
    • Valid driver’s license
    • Own car
