    Junior Brand Manager

    Responsibilities:

    • Support the development and execution of the overall VMS brand and product strategy
    • Contribute to brand and product strategy by analysing market trends, insights, and statistical data
    • Create and implement integrated marketing communications (ATL, BTL and digital) that inspire, passion, belief and pride in the brand
    • Oversee the management of brand collateral
    • Assist the Senior Brand Manager on innovative growth strategies, product development, pricing and new launches to address market gaps and establish leadership in the category
    • Implement and manage digital activation strategy across the Vital brand
    • Coordinate and manage the planning and execution of both internal and external brand events
    • Design and maintain the internal and corporate Vital communication plan
    • Manage company profile across social media platforms
    • Develop and maintain digital metrics and benchmarks to measure the quality of growth and engagement

    Requirements

    What are we looking for:

    • Grade 12 certificate
    • National Diploma in Marketing or equivalent
    • Digital Marketing certification will be advantageous
    • 3 to 5 years brand marketing experience
    • Proficient in social media marketing, SEO, website traffic analysis, and various digital platforms
    • Skilled in delivering presentation to cross-functional teams
    • Strong communication abilities
    • Expertise in data analysis and interpretation
    • Creativity and conceptualization skills

    Accountant

    Responsibilities

    • Assist in preparing monthly management accounts and financial reporting for more than one entity within the group (includes income statements, balance sheets and cash flow statements)
    • Perform monthly bank reconciliations
    • Accurate and timeous supplier invoice processing
    • Process raw materials accurately into the correct warehouse
    • Ensure suppliers are paid accurately and on time.
    • Perform monthly supplier reconciliations within 10 days after month end
    • Resolve any queries with suppliers
    • Accurate and consistent allocation of expenses
    • Maintain an online folder with all supplier invoices, statements and reconciliations
    • Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations and resolve reconciling items.
    • Process general ledger journals and provisional journals
    • Ensure customers pay in full on time
    • Process credit notes accurately and on time in full
    • Accurate and timeous processing of customer deductions with relevant descriptions
    • Assist with Budgets and Forecasts for Depreciation of Assets
    • Assist with the drafting of various finance reports
    • Provide reports for CEO monthly, weekly, debtor and creditors, any other information requested by CEO or FM

    Qualification

    • Diploma in Bookkeeping, Accounting or similar role.

    Requirements

    • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles
    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including formulas, charts and pivot tables)
    • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
    • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

    Financial Manager

    Responsibilities: 

    • Manage internal control procedure and ensure compliance with accounting standards and legislation
    • Prepare and review cash flow forecast to ensure financial stability
    • Finalise and review annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance
    • Monitor working capital, manage CapEx against budget, and report on variances
    • Prepare timely management accounts for informed decision-making
    • Lead the annual budget process and bi-annual forecasts
    • Meet all statutory and year end reporting requirements
    • Effective leadership of the finance team and performance outcomes
    • Ensure effective staff management and communication in the department to create an engaged, motivated and productive workforce

    Qualification:

    • Relevant qualification in finance or a related field

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 5 years of financial management or similar role
    • Advanced MS Office skills
    • Strong strategic and commercial mindset
    • Exceptional communication, problem solving and analytical abilities
    • Capable of managing multiple deadlines
