    Costing / Warranty Clerk

    Responsibilities:

    • Follow up daily on orders and process monthly costings
    • Reconcile stock on Pastel after stock takes
    • Manage daily control checklists to track shortages
    • Coordinate payments through the accountant
    • Prepare month-end reports in Excel for key clients
    • Handle general office administration, including answering the switchboard
    • Schedule appointments and process repair orders, quotes, and invoices
    • Provide customer support via phone and in person at the dealership
    • Qualify customer concerns and log them for technician review
    • Order additional stock as needed to ensure timely repairs
    • Obtain customer approval for all remedial work to be completed
    • Liaise with the warranty technician to ensure efficient service and adherence to turnaround times
    • Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports on warranty claim activities
    • Handle general day-to-day invoicing administration

    Requirements:

    • Experience as a costing clerk in an automotive dealership
    • Proven ability to lead a team and exceed sales targets
    • Grade 12 certificate

    • Valid driver’s license and own transport

    Graphic Designer / Media Coordinator

    Key Responsibilities:

    Graphic Design

    • Design posters, banners, and a variety of print materials for events.
    • Create engaging content for social media, including graphics, advertisements, and infographics.
    • Design materials and ensure all designs are fresh, modern, and visually appealing to the dance community.
    • Collaborate with event organisers around the world to develop event branding and marketing materials.
    • Ensure consistency in branding and visual identity across all platforms.

    Media Coordination

    • Develop a content strategy for the different dance competitions media presence, including websites and social media channels.
    • Write compelling, relevant copy for social media posts that engage with our global audience.
    • Lead social media efforts, staying on top of trends and platform algorithms to optimise engagement.
    • Manage and grow our various competitions social media communities, responding to followers and maintaining an active presence.
    • Coordinate content creation and media coverage during events, liaising with photographers, videographers, and other media professionals.

    Qualifications:

    • Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design skills, particularly within Adobe Illustrator (experience with other Adobe Creative Suite programs is a plus).
    • Proven experience in managing and creating content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
    • Strong copywriting skills, with the ability to write engaging and informative social media posts.
    • Background or experience in the dance, performance arts, or a related field is highly desirable.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, creative environment.
    • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Knowledge of video editing or photography would be an added advantage.
