    Microsoft Dynamics 365 Delivery Lead for Customer Engagement

    The Delivery Lead would be expected to provide Functional, Technical and Process Leadership to the Implementation team. Managing the Implementation team, the Delivery Lead would be responsible to ensure the timely delivery of quality solutions to the customers while ensuring that the financial goals of the organization from the projects are met.     SAP Authorization and GRC Consultant

    General skills required:

    •  Deep understanding of SAP Authorisations concepts and SAP GRC (mainly Access Control and Process Control, Hana Data Base) technical configurations. This may include ERM and internal controls principles, methodologies and approaches and how this impacts the internal control environment.
    • Ability to manage team and delivery for SAP Authorisations and SAP GRC technology implementations e.g., some SAP GRC modules such as Access Control, Hana Database, Risk Management, Process Control, Audit Management and possibly others.

    Intelligent Automation Manager

    Description of Role:

    • EY’s workforce is a dedicated team of people who work on outsourcing engagements. These are long-term partnerships with clients for whom we manage and provide increasingly specialized business operations, such as finance and accounting, IT, applications development and maintenance of the automated processes we implement.
    • We count on your experience, knowledge, and leadership skills when you will be key in  driving the expansion of our Intelligent Automation (IA) Consulting Team which includes RPA.
    • You will help our clients to simplify and improve their operations by developing business cases, analysing clients as-is processes, designing to-be processes and creating end-to-end automation solution blueprints which form the basis of the robotic process automation solutions we implement for our clients.
    • In doing so, you will bring your expert knowledge of RPA deployments using one or more of the recognized RPA software (Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, Work Fusion, UI Path, Power Automate etc) to bear as you facilitate client workshops, document business requirements, and develop them into use cases and solution designs.
    • As part of this, you will use your excellent communication skills as you act as the key contact point for the customer, guiding them through the analysis process and becoming their trusted advisor on IA process automation.
    • Your experience in reviewing, testing and deploying RPA code into a Production Environment will be of paramount importance as you will work closely with a team of analysts and developers who will rely on your daily management and direction in terms of technical expertise, coding best practice, infrastructure architecture knowledge as well as your ability to pre-empt and speedily resolve any project issues so that delays are avoided.

    • Accountable for performance of allocated team members, and for incorporation of continuous improvement by means of implementing key learnings from RPA experience gained.
    • Managing the relationship with IT to deliver a stable and scalable technology platform that is fit for purpose.
    • Engagement with business and IT change management teams to proactively manage operational and system changes to maintain service delivery.

    Qualifications & Experience


    The ideal candidate should have:

    •  Hands-on work-related experience in designing, delivering and managing automated solutions.
    • Experience in recognized RPA software such as Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, UI Path or Work Fusion software.
    • Experience in more than one RPA / Intelligent Automation software package an advantage.
    • Relevant entry level qualification in programming, preferably Java.
    • Experience in data analysis or business analysis, relevant qualification an advantage
    • Experience in process analysis and improvement.
    • BCom. Informatics with active interest in programming / BSc with active interest in business or a degree in Mechanical (Robotic) Engineering or Industrial Engineering or a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
    • An MBA or Lean Six Sigma certification is highly advantageous 
    • 4 – 7 years’ related IT projects and/or IT implementation experience.
    • SAFe Lean Agile project methodology experience (qualification preferred).
    • Experience in managing a team of up to 10 people or multiple smaller teams of people.

    Data Delivery Manager

    The Africa Assurance Innovation and Digital Data Delivery Manager (“DDM”) will play a key role in the Innovation and Digital team.  The DDM will be responsible for managing the overall delivery of the digital solutions that are on offer from the Innovation and Digital Team for a portfolio of audit clients.  The DDM will also be required to ensure that the audit engagement teams are supported in linking their risks and compliance requirements to the digital solution that will appropriately address this.

    • Proactively engage with each audit engagement team early on in the client’s financial year to establish the data support plan.
    • Attend and participate in allocated EMEIA Catalyst Team calls.

    • In-depth knowledge on key risks and expected controls (including compensating controls) in one or more business processes (e.g., procure to pay, and financial statement close)
    • Understanding of and/or implementation experience with a variety of GRC tools (e.g., SAP GRC and Oracle ICM)

    To qualify for the role, you must have:

    Junior Data Engineer

    The Africa Assurance Innovation and Digital Data Engineer (“Data Engineer”) is responsible for the extraction of data from ERP systems for the South Africa Data Delivery Team (“SA DD”).  The Data Engineer will also be required to have a good understanding of key ERPs including, but not limited to SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, AccPac, Navison, Sage and other common ERPs used in South Africa, and be able to construct scripts to extract data.

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    Experience:
