    Studio And Design Manager (Bellville)

    Role Purpose    

    • The Studio and Design Manager is responsible for managing the operational and design aspects of a creative studio or agency. Oversee the design projects from conception through execution, ensuring that deliverables align with brand standards and marketing strategies. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and innovation, while effectively managing resources and timelines.

    Requirements    

    • Degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field
    • 5–8 years of experience in multimedia production or graphic design
    • Portfolio showcasing a range of design and video work
    • Experience working in a corporate, agency, or regulated environment preferred
    • Proven ability to lead a team and inspire creative thinking

    SKILLS

    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
    • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

    Duties & Responsibilities    
    Studio workflow management:

    • Inspire and guide the team towards a shared creative vision.
    • Oversee the entire design process, from project briefing and concept development to execution and delivery.
    • Develop and implement design processes and workflows to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Manage the design studio and ensure the smooth running of the creative teams’ workflow and administrative processes.
    • Maintain accurate records of all creative assets and ensure the correct filing and version management.
    • Lead the design team , delegate tasks and ensuring team members have the resources they need.
    • Ensure that all design work meets quality standards , client briefs and brand guidelines.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies and competitor to inspire innovative ideas.
    • Encourage brainstorming and acceptance of unconventional ideas to enhance creativity.

    Visual & Graphic Design:

    • Create visual assets for marketing campaigns, social media, internal communications, and presentations.
    • Design brochures, infographics, web banners, digital ads, and signage within brand standards.
    • Work with the content and brand team to translate messages into compelling visuals.
    • Think outside the box and generate innovative ideas for all design projects.

    Video Production:

    • Knowledge of the production process of the multimedia content creation from conception to deliver.
    • Shoot, edit, and produce short videos for internal and external use (e.g., client explainers, recruitment videos, testimonials).
    • Add voiceovers, music, captions, and animations where needed.
    • Ensure final outputs are on-brand, legally compliant, and platform-optimized.

    Digital Content Development:

    • Support website, app, and email content with responsive visuals and animated media.
    • Design multimedia content for webinars, product tutorials, and digital client journeys.
    • Optimize multimedia files for loading speed, accessibility, and device responsiveness.

    Creative Collaboration

    • Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs, expectations and concerns.
    • Collaborate with graphic designers, copywriters, digital marketers, product & brand managers, and UX designers.
    • Participate in campaign planning sessions and contribute creative ideas.
    • Adapt and localize global/regional content where relevant to the South African or target market context.

    • Uphold the corporate brand’s visual identity in all outputs.
    • Contribute to the development and upkeep of brand toolkits, templates, and design standards.

    Walk-in Client Service Administrator (Temporary)

    Role Purpose    

    • Assist walk in clients with FundsAtWork Retirement claim process administration and the capturing of beneficiary nominations.

    Requirements    

    • Matric qualification or equivalent.
    • At least 1 year administration and data capturing experience.
    • Intermediate MS Excel skills.
    • Employee Benefits experience will be an advantage.

    Duties & Responsibilities    
    The incumbent will be co-responsible for the following:

    • Assist walk-in clients with queries and completion of relevant documents.
    • Respond to and resolve basic enquiries within agreed service level agreement.
    • Update the walk-in client register daily.
    • Develop a thorough understanding of the various departments within Momentum Corporate to effectively direct enquiries to the appropriate teams when necessary.
    • Maintain a high standard of professionalism and deliver exceptional customer service when engaging with stakeholders.
    • Provide a service in respect of handling queries and stakeholder interactions in a manner that upholds the principles and desired outcomes of Treating Customers Fairly (TCF).
    • Capture beneficiary details on member profiles and liaise with relevant stakeholders to ensure the correct information is provided.

    Internal Marketing Specialist

    Role Purpose    

    • The purpose of this role is to develop and implement employee marketing, engagement, communication plans, campaigns and initiatives that support the Momentum Metropolitan Brand and the Group Wide Services' business objectives.

    Requirements    

    • BA Communication or Marketing degree
    • Degree/ Honours in Communications or Marketing (Desirable)
    • 5 -7 years' experience in a similar role
    • Employee/Internal marketing experience (Advantageous)
    • Project management/coordination experience (Desirable)
    • Experience within Financial Services or FMCG specifically (Advantageous)
    • Experience working with creative partners in the development of marketing campaigns
    • Demonstrate an ability to lead teams in the delivery of a unified task

    Duties & Responsibilities    

    • Keep abreast of trends and best practices within the employee marketing and communication field.
    • Partner with clients and stakeholders and provide expertise on packaging campaigns for employee marketing purposes.
    • Contribute to the development of employee marketing strategies.
    • Draft and implement employee marketing, engagement and communication plans.
    • Continuously improve the effectiveness of campaigns and channels used to drive engagement.

    • Inspire creative collaboration and interpretation of business goals and convert into engaging, creative communication.
    • Responsible for conceptual creative development of ideas, themes, messaging and campaigns (including writing) for the respective campaign channels.
    • Content conceptualisation across a variety of channels, particularly digital for resonance with audiences working remotely.
    • Curate content, write, publish and distribute various newsletters.
    • Conceptualise and develop creative concepts and engagement tactics for employee events.
    • Engage, monitor, influence and work closely with the full marketing value chain to deliver high quality marketing initiatives.
    • Collaborate with marketing colleagues for cohesive integration of campaigns that have an external component.
