    Audit Manager

    As a Manager, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

    Sales Excellence Driver

    JOB PURPOSE

    • Assist Advisory business with Sales Excellence
    • Work closely with Salesforce.
    • In time, understand the PwC Partner “engine” and use the Partners and their teams to enhance your success.
    • Interest in and awareness of technology trends.

    Job Responsibilities
    Delivery

    • Salesforce Monitoring - Daily
    • Identify issues on Salesforce and log cases to have them resolved - Daily
    • Won it Wednesday reporting - Won it Wednesday report is extracted every monday and published Wednesdays
    • Salesforce Dashboard Monitoring - Daily
    • Advisory Salesforce Adoption (Africa)
    • Advisory Onboarding Escape Rooms - As and when needed
    • Salesforce Steering Committee
    • Go/No Go emails
    • Go/No Go vs Salesforce Recon - Every Monday, Wednesday & Friday
    • Salesforce report - Weekly
    • Salesforce Website maintenance (as and when important updates happen in Salesforce release notes)
    • Industry Salesforce Reporting and attending Industry meetings
    • Operational Excellence Scorecards - Salesforce KPI’s and assistance to Partners

    Sales

    • Internal personal skills sales
    • Personal Brand building

    • Be able to build and sustain professional relationship within PwC local and Global
    • Actively collaborate with colleagues in solving internal unique business and technology challenges.

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
    KEY KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

    • Must be proficient in:
    1. Salesforce
    2. Oracle
    3. Power BI
    4. Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
    5. Google (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms)
    • Ideally worked for a large corporate firm which has used the “minimum qualifications” as standard operating procedures.
    • Have worked for one of the big Advisory firms.

    Lead Development

    • Takes a proactive approach to Business/Social interactions.
    • Will build an internal network consistently.

    Problem Solving Skills

    • Approaches problem solving in a logical and structured manner with due consideration given to alternative solutions which may require the acquisition of new knowledge.
