    Partner Relationship Manager

    Requirements:

    • Completed degree in Business Management or equivalent/ relevant tertiary qualification
    • Minimum 3 years' experience in Product/ Account management
    • Cloud sales/ Account management track record is advantageous
    • Knowledge of the distributor to partner to end-customer experience
    • Good understanding of the ICT industry and ability to keep up with technology and industry developments
    • Ability to maintain the bigger picture for partners/ client, by identifying future opportunities

    Internal Account Manager

    An exceptional support to the sales team is needed!

    The purpose of this position is to support the local sales team from an: Admin, Sales and Communication perspective - which offers these solutions as well as all the traditional hosting offerings to the partner channel, as well as to educate and on-board our Partners and enable them.

    Job specifications:

    • CRM and management systems
    • Partner on-boarding and administration
    • Partner/ client relationship management
    • Responsible for qualifying and generating sales opportunities for the Sales team
    • Ability to assist with building out quotes and providing information that is accurate to align the correct solution / product to the requirement
    • Provide first line support to clients in respect of system, billing and escalations
    • Follow-up on quotes, opportunities, admin – relating to documentation required in both verbal and written communication

    Requirements:

    • 4+ years in sales and or administration within ICT industryUnderstanding of Cloud technology and solutions
    • Good Communication skills, internally and to Partners
    • Microsoft sales experience would be advantageous
    • Previous channel management exposure / experience
