The role - what you’ll do:
The primary purpose of the role is to ensure that partners and their clients are successfully on-boarded onto Dext, and new products are seamlessly integrated, with as little churn as possible.
Core
- Create content in accordance with global content plan
- Make sure partners and clients are actively using and enjoying their experience with Dext
- Experiment and innovate with techniques to ensure ongoing partner success.
- Build and refine internal processes that can scale as the team grows
- Report product issues to Product team to improve South African user experience
Adoption
- Assist Partners post upsell/conversion to implement Dext and the product they’ve purchased across their practice
- Driive internal best practices with Partners
- Prepare Partners for the next upsell cycle and decreasing time between sales
Retention
- Determine the Partners that are at risk of churn and develop a process to target them based on their requirements
- Proactively engage with partners that are at high risk of churn to ensure churn prevention
- Build on existing reporting to enhance Dext’s ability to prevent churn of both partners and partners’ clients

The role - what you’ll do:
- The New Partner Consultant (NPC) take our product to the wider market and is responsible for acquiring new Dext customers in the South African region.
- A call with an NPC is the first human interaction many leads will have with us as a company. Confidently representing our brand, the way we do business and the values we uphold is fundamental. Crucially, this role sets the tone for the ongoing relationship our partners have with us.
- The ideal candidate must be a quick learner, autonomous and self-motivated. They must be looking to work in an agile data-driven sales environment which has a proven track record in global sales success. Flexibility and ingenuity are key requirements - as Dext is a disruptive solution in the accounting industry.
Success Measures:
- Hitting monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintaining your conversion rate above a certain %
- Ensuring that you always have an appropriately sized sales pipeline
- Setting and meeting your daily and weekly productivity goals
- Working as part of a team to ensure the continued success and growth of the business
