    Plennegy: End User Computing Lead

    Description

    • We are seeking an experienced End User Computing Lead to join our dynamic IT team. As the End User Computing Lead, you will be responsible for leading and managing the end-user computing environment to support the company's digital transformation initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of IT services that meet the needs of the business and its end-users.

    Responsibilities

    • Lead the development and implementation of end-user computing strategies and solutions that support the company's digital transformation initiatives.
    • Manage the end-user computing environment, including hardware, software, and applications, to ensure it meets the needs of the business and its end-users.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement IT service delivery models that meet the needs of the business and its end-users.
    • Ensure the efficient and effective delivery of IT services to end-users, including incident resolution, problem management, and service request fulfillment.
    • Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and standards for end-user computing to ensure compliance with regulatory and security requirements.
    • Manage vendor relationships to ensure the delivery of high-quality services and solutions.
    • Provide technical guidance and leadership to IT staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to support the end-user computing environment.

    Requirements

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in end-user computing, including experience leading and managing an end-user computing environment.
    • In-depth knowledge of end-user computing technologies, including hardware, software, and applications.
    • Experience with IT service management frameworks, such as ITIL.
    • Strong leadership and management skills, including the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage vendor relationships.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

    Mascor (Toyota): Greytown: Senior Sales Executive

    • Mascor is currently looking for a Senior Sales Executive for our Toyota, Greytown branch to identify, consult and sell vehicles to fleet and commercial account customers and is responsible for business development, operations, sales performance results, and customer satisfaction.

    Responsibilities

    SALES

    • Drive sales through the growth of existing clients.
    • Generate new business opportunities.
    • Master how to get leads and implement a lead generation strategy.
    • Ability to perform all aspects of selling/closing a deal.
    • Complete all required documents on time.
    • Achieve/exceed targeted new commercial calls per month within a specified territory.
    • Generate new sales opportunities by cold calling, networking and client/associate referrals.
    • Maintain acceptable profit margins. ix. Maintain sales quota for each quarter and year as provided.
    • Execute the marketing plan as required.
    • Meet budgeted unit and sales targets
    • Adhere to processes and timelines criteria.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    BRANCH FINANCE

    • Attend to branch debtor’s e-mail and telephonic queries
    • Check daily whether debtor’s accounts are open to enable aftersales to process invoices.
    • Allocate cash sales for aftersales departments daily.
    • Receipting and banking for aftersales departments daily.
    • Ensure all banking is deposited daily and documents sent to Head office.
    • Allocate all payments daily vii. Administer all E Wallet requirements for the branch viii. Balance petty cash daily

    ADMINISTRATION

    • Attend to walk in customers and answer all telephone calls for the branch.
    • Order, invoice and manage stationery stock for the branch.
    • Order, invoice and manage office supply stock for the branch.
    • Process monthly creditor’s invoice and send to head office for payment.
    • Issue and process fuel orders.
    • Receive and process credit applications.
    • Compile budget expense reports for Branch Manager
    • Compile cheques requisitions
    • Register new assets
    • Send daily screening repots to Head office
    • Filing

    REQUIREMENTS:

    Qualifications:

    • Min: Matric Certificate
    • 3-year experience in Administration

    Ideal: Bachelors in Administration

    KEY COMPETENCIES

    • At least 3 years’ experience in administration
    • Planning skills
    • Able to operate under pressure.
    • Excellent skills in Microsoft 365: Outlook, Word, Excel,
    • Time management skills
