We are seeking an experienced End User Computing Lead to join our dynamic IT team. As the End User Computing Lead, you will be responsible for leading and managing the end-user computing environment to support the company's digital transformation initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of IT services that meet the needs of the business and its end-users.
Responsibilities
Lead the development and implementation of end-user computing strategies and solutions that support the company's digital transformation initiatives.
Manage the end-user computing environment, including hardware, software, and applications, to ensure it meets the needs of the business and its end-users.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement IT service delivery models that meet the needs of the business and its end-users.
Ensure the efficient and effective delivery of IT services to end-users, including incident resolution, problem management, and service request fulfillment.
Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and standards for end-user computing to ensure compliance with regulatory and security requirements.
Manage vendor relationships to ensure the delivery of high-quality services and solutions.
Provide technical guidance and leadership to IT staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to support the end-user computing environment.
Requirements
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in end-user computing, including experience leading and managing an end-user computing environment.
In-depth knowledge of end-user computing technologies, including hardware, software, and applications.
Experience with IT service management frameworks, such as ITIL.
Strong leadership and management skills, including the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage vendor relationships.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
