    Triton Express: General Worker Truck Assistant: Bloemfontein

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Loading and off-loading goods from vehicle at depot
    • Off-loading goods from vehicle at client’s premises
    • Stacking of goods from vehicle into designated area
    • Ensuring that the goods are loaded correctly and secure on the vehicle at all times

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Strategic Marketing & Branding

    • Execute the company's brand strategy, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.
    • Translate business objectives into effective marketing campaigns that increase market share and customer retention.

    Market Intelligence & Research

    Qualification:

    • Post-Matric Certificate/Diploma in agriculture/business/marketing or a related field (essential)
    • Degree in agriculture/business/marketing or a related field (preferential)

    Legal:

    • Driver’s License and Police Clearance  

    Experience:

    • 3 - 5 years experience in a marketing role (essential)

    Mascor Toyota: Senior Sales Executive

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Fleet Sales Development:

    • Identify and develop new fleet business opportunities with corporates, SMEs, government, and rental agencies.
    • Conduct presentations, vehicle demonstrations, and prepare customized proposals and tenders.
    • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for fleet sales as set by the dealership.

    Customer Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
    • Ensure client satisfaction and follow up on aftersales service and feedback.
    • Manage a database of current and potential fleet clients, ensuring CRM records are up to date.

    Tender and Proposal Management:

    • Monitor and respond to fleet tenders from government and private entities.
    • Prepare and submit tenders in accordance with client and Toyota guidelines.

    Vehicle Delivery Coordination:

    • Coordinate with the finance, stock control, and workshop departments to ensure smooth vehicle preparation and delivery.
    • Ensure vehicles are delivered on time and meet customer specifications.

    Reporting and Administration:

    • Submit regular sales reports to management, including pipeline tracking and forecast updates.
    • Maintain proper documentation and compliance with Toyota SA and dealership procedures.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    Education:

    • Matric (Grade 12) required
    • Sales/Marketing or Business Diploma advantageous

    Experience:

    • Minimum 3 years in motor industry sales, with at least 1–2 years in fleet sales
    • Experience working with government or large corporate clients advantageous

    Skills and Attributes:

    • Professional, presentable, and customer-focused

    Knowledge:

    Starke Ayres: Despatch Controller

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Labour & Container Management

    • Request labour support from the Depot Manager to ensure efficient vehicle loading and off-loading.
    • Inspect containers for defects before loading and report findings to the Depot Supervisor.
    • Oversee safe and damage-free loading of containers for transit.
    • Supervise all loading and off-loading processes, ensuring product security.

    Invoice & Documentation Management

    • Ensure that all invoices are received in line with pre-planned SAMIS Route Planning.
    • Complete and process all necessary despatch documentation for sub-contractors and couriers.
    • Maintain proper filing and matching of proof of delivery (POD) documents with relevant orders/invoices.
    • Track and report any outstanding PODs to the Depot Supervisor.

    Delivery Scheduling & Coordination

    • Arrange collection and delivery appointments with sub-contractors and couriers.
    • Schedule delivery times with both customers and COD customers.
    • Ensure a fully completed and signed POD is received for all dispatched goods.

    Cash Handling & Financial Transactions

    • Receive and sign for COD payments collected by drivers and forward them to the Admin Clerk at the end of each day.
    • Ensure signatures are obtained for all money transfers between depot personnel.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    Qualifications:

    • Grade 12 National Senior Certificate (Essential)
    • Warehousing Diploma (Ideal)

    Experience:

    • Working in a distribution warehouse or depot 2+ years
    • Experience working with despatching.
    • Experience in managing staff/drivers

    • Pays supplier invoices within agreed terms.
    • Completes monthly bank reconciliations by the 3rd working day.
    • Captures expenses and sales accurately on monthly GP and sales reports.
    • Maintains a well-organized, up-to-date accounting filing system.
    • Reconciles and balances petty cash weekly with complete documentation.
    • Submits accurate monthly financial reports to the Accountant and Garden Centre Manager.
    • Verifies daily cash-ups and ensures timely banking.

    • Monitors and reports on till discrepancies (e.g., discounts, voids, credit notes, surpluses, deficits).

    • Ensures all cashiers follow correct transaction and cash handling procedures.
    • Maintains a secure, orderly cash office environment.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    Education:

    • Grade 12 National Senior Certificate (essential) 
    • Bachelor’s degree finance or Bookkeeping diploma (preferential)

    Experience:

    • 5 – 10 years’ experience in as a bookkeeper
