    Regional HR Commercial Business Partner - PA 1363

    Job Description and Responsibilities:    

    • Liaising and consulting with all levels of Management, Union and Employees on Human Resource issues.
    • Handling, assisting and advising line with the disciplinary, grievance, absenteeism, incapacity and disability processes.
    • Effective Liaison with Shop Stewards and the union on employee related matters.
    • Coordinating and actioning the recruitment, selection, appointment and integration of suitable candidates into the organization.
    • Coordinating and processing HR Administration, including compensation and wages.
    • Conducting policy workshop updates to employees and supervision.
    • Preparing for and representing the Organization in various conflict resolution applications.

    SSA After Sales Manager (Supervisory Level) - (PA 1344)

    Job Description and Responsibilities:    

    • Achieving After Sales objectives through implementing, monitoring, analysing, mentoring, coaching, development and guidance on processes, programmes and initiatives that build capacity and lead to increased performance.
    • Managing the performance of Dealers in the attainment of Customer Satisfaction, Fix Right Time, Parts and Service Business objectives.
    • In consultation with Dealers, developing, implementing and tracking Dealer business plans to achieve critical targets in line with the After Sales strategy and ensure future market share.
    • Regularly reviewing relevant performance data with each Dealer and agree appropriate action in order to drive improvement in all of After Sales
    • Liaising with Training Academies to manage the Technical and Front line competency at Dealer level by addressing attendance issues, evaluation of skills matrices, ensuring career pathing and nomination to further develop required skills and competencies.
    • Involvement in the final selection of new appointments of Dealer After Sales Departmental managers and service advisors to ensure appropriate and quality appointments
    • Working in partnerships with Regional Sales Managers and other members of the Field team to ensure that overall Sub Saharan Brand objectives are met and a consistent message delivered.
    • Assisting Dealers in maximizing their financial performance through identifying and pursuing profit opportunities in order to maximize overall profitability

    • Continuously review Dealer Parts KPI’s and identify potential risks and opportunities to improve performance.
    • Analyzing and assisting Dealers in developing an annual achievable Business plan as well as steer and support the business with forecasting preparations and tracking preparations and tracking throughout the year.
    • Managing regional Dealer Wholesale and Importer targets.
    • Implementing and measuring achievement to defined parts KPI’s and ensure that necessary corrective action is applied when necessary to address underperformance 
    • Facilitating the integration of various Parts and Service Importer Systems, Facilities and Processes within VWSA and in the market towards a common Dealership Framework/Blueprint 

    Education and Experience:    

    • A recognised 3-year National diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Commerce /Marketing or equivalent.
    • Additional qualifications in Business or Project Management advantageous
    • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Motor Industry Aftersales experience with good knowledge of the Dealer Organisation structures

    • Extensive Volkswagen technical product and systems knowledge
    • Knowledge of VWSA Service & Parts systems & processes including technical application

    • The identification and development of local and import parts and tooling in order to meet project requirements.
    • Establish benchmark pricing and perform value analysis to ensure competitiveness.

    Job Description and Responsibilities:    

    • Electrical Maintenance of Infrastructure across all VW Production and Support areas.
    • Undertake all general electrical maintenance functions in Support Departments, A & B Plant, Service centre, Truck and Bus, Shipping Yard etc.
    • Must be able to complete all maintenance schedules allocated timeously.
    • Switching, maintenance and repair of:
    • Medium Voltage switchgear and Isolators (11Kv)

    • Effective maintain all plant machinery and equipment in a Plant Engineering environment
    • Have substation experience (Transformers, Switchgear, Protection etc)

    Security Chemist & Environmental Specialist - (PA 1078)

    Job Description and Responsibilities:    

    • Coordinate the approval of new chemicals and or materials, production and non-production, in line with material chemical conformity standards.
    • Implement quality control measures to ensure the accuracy and reliability of chemical analysis.
    • Work in collaboration with external suppliers, local and international, during development of new products and or materials.
    • Ensuring that all routine material tests required by Group standards are performed and documented accordingly

    • Co-ordinate waste management reduction activities at a departmental level to ensure a targeted approach in achieving the Plant Zero Impact Factory commitments
    • Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and permits relevant to the organization's activities

    Education and Experience:    

    • BSc or National Diploma in Chemistry (Analytical or Biochemistry)
    • At least 5 years experience in chemical analyses, including sample preparation, instrument operation, and data interpretation.

    ESSENTIAL:

    • Good Understanding of Chemical Compliance Management and guiding regulations
    • Sound Knowledge of Water Treatment processes and Emissions Testing requirements
