Supervisor: New Vehicle Distribution Centre at SoluGrowth Pty Ltd

JOB BRIEF

• To supervise the day to day management of the NVD team that includes the systems and Domestic team. Working in a team, you will be responsible for your individual tasks and will need to be able to work independently. Knowledge and experience in the Automotive Industry will be advantageous.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The New Vehicle Distribution Centre Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and managing:

• Domestic team
  • Order fulfilment (Wholesale)
  • Pipeline Management
  • Firm understanding of Client's Production "Flexibility Concepts" and the
  • Implementation roadmap
  • Constant written & verbal dealer liaison
  • Vehicle Tracking including production, accessory fitment, financial release and vehicle delivery
  • Manage and reduce NSA Aged Inventory for assigned Product Group(s) Speedy problem resolution
  • Any ad hoc tasks and reporting required
• System support
  • Manage and release of vehicles of price validation
  • Create/ Maintain material and customer master data
  • System alignment
  • Correction and returns
  • Reporting
• Reporting for New Vehicle Distribution (NVD)
• Management of SoluGrowth's SLA with client linked to team’s performance
• Managing the deliverable of six (6) team members and ensuring that they comply with the agreed KPIs

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• Matric and NQF 7 qualification in Logistics or finance
• 3 to 4 years relevent experiance
• Experience in OEM environment preferable
• Computer literacy
  • Advanced Excel
  • Knowledge of SAP system Beneficial (SD, including Creation of Financial Documents)
