• B Degree or equivalent in Education (post-graduate qualification advantageous)
• Minimum 5 years in Education and/or Training Manager roles
• Experience with SAQA, QCTO, SETAs, or similar bodies
• Tertiary education and training system experience is a plus
• Internal Audit or governance-related experience is advantageous
• Valid Driver’s Licence with reliable transport
