    Sales Advisor - UK

    • We’re a proud partner to many leading manufacturer and retail brands worldwide, providing appliance breakdown protection. Basically, if someone’s fridge, dishwasher or even their boiler breaks down, they can rely on us to sort it out. In the UK alone, almost 9 million customers do.
    • Right now, we’re recruiting Customer Sales Advisors, a role that is perfect for an amazing individual that loves engaging with customers and closing deals, with excellent benefits on offer as well.

    What will you be doing?

    • Acting as the first point of contact for customers who need help
    • Assisting customers calling in, to register their appliances
    • Using your wit, charm and best sales experience to upsell our products
    • Adhering to the script to remain compliant on all customer interactions
    • Maintain quality and compliance standards, in line with the client requirements
    • Building rapport with our customers and getting to know their needs
    • Helping each customer find the protection package that's perfect for them

    • A solid background in targeted sales and customer service.
    • Recent 1-year unbroken tenure.
    • Outbound/ Inbound sales experience (local / international)
    • Minimum 6 months sales + 6 months customer service
    • Resides within a 30 KM radius from the office.

    Customer Service Advisor UK - Durban Based

    Complaints Advisor Durban - Motor Quality

    • We’re looking for a detail-driven and customer-focused professional to support our complaints /Customer service process across multiple areas, including administration, product/service complaints, and telephony.
    • You will deliver first-class customer service via telephony and email, supporting customers with empathy, active listening, and clear communication. Your focus will be on complaints handling and administration. High levels of engagement and professionalism are essential. As the project develops, you may receive additional training to handle more complex complaint investigations, offering opportunities for growth.

    What you’ll be doing:

    • Handle inbound and outbound calls answering queries about motor finance /insurance products and processes
    • Support complaint investigations by managing correspondence, records, and reporting.
    • Ensure compliance with FCA regulations, Consumer Duty, and company standards.
    • Communicate professionally with customers, dealers, and internal teams.
    • Assist with identifying trends and root causes to improve processes.

    What we’re looking for:

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

    Inbound Sales & Service Advisor UK

    • As an Advisor in our busy Inbound Sales and Service department, you’ll see that customers get great products and services, with problems resolved first time.
    • Using your expert skills to add value and peace of mind, you will deliver an excellent experience during conversations, that truly ensure our customers worlds are kept running.
    • Use your expert knowledge and brilliant communication skills to book in appliances for repairs, add on new appliances, upsell on current plans, assist with cancellations, complaints and de-escalations where necessary
    • Aim to deal with customers’ queries or issues there and then.
    • Build rapport with customers, get to know their individual needs and put their interests first.

    What else to expect:

    • In a 4-week training programme, you’ll learn our systems, meet your new colleagues, perfect your service technique and learn what makes a great customer experience.
    • You’ll work on a rotational shift pattern from Monday to Sunday

    The experience and skills you need

    • Grade 12 or a relevant equivalent qualification

    Customer Service Agent
