As our Supervisor Housing Maintenance (FTE) of your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

- Translate weekly and monthly housing maintenance plans into daily work allocations.

- Ensure all work orders are correctly raised, executed, closed, and recorded in the relevant maintenance management systems.

- Liaise with local municipal authorities and service providers on housing-related operational matters, including water, sanitation, electricity, and infrastructure services.
- Coordinate municipal inspections, service connections, repairs, and reinstatement activities affecting Kumba housing assets.
- Identify and escalate municipal service risks, non-compliance issues, or service interruptions impacting housing maintenance and habitability.
- Support compliance with municipal by-laws, permits, and service requirements through accurate reporting and follow-up.
- Maintain professional working relationships with municipal representatives to support reliable housing service delivery.
Asset Care, Compliance, and Reporting
