    Portfolio Manager – Sectional Title & HOA

    • We are seeking a Portfolio Manager – Sectional Title & HOA  to join our established, forward-thinking team based in Claremont, Southern Suburbs of Cape Town
    • This role is suited to a professional who is confident in managing trustee relationships, AGMs, compliance, budgets, maintenance coordination, and stakeholder communication across a portfolio of schemes.
    • You will join a structured environment with strong internal support, allowing you to focus on delivering consistent service excellence and long-term client relationships.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Full management of sectional title and homeowners’ association portfolios
    • Building and maintaining strong, professional relationships with trustees and stakeholders
    • Attending trustee meetings and AGMs (±70% during office hours)
    • Preparing and reviewing AGM and trustee documentation
    • Ensuring trustee resolutions and action items are implemented timeously
    • Ensuring resolutions, compliance requirements, and maintenance actions are implemented effectively and timeously
    • Managing Body Corporate / HOA staff in conjunction with trustees
    • Assisting with budgets and budget variance management alongside the finance team
    • Managing Conduct & Management Rules, including CSOS submissions
    • Ensuring compliance with the Sectional Titles Schemes Management Act and related legislation

    Requirements

    Qualifications (Advantageous)

    • Degree in Property Studies or BCom
    • Sectional Title / Homeowners’ Association qualification (e.g. Paddocks)

    Experience & Knowledge

    • Proven experience within as a portfolio manager 
    • Proven experience as a Sectional Title Portfolio Manager 
    • Experience managing multiple schemes and complex stakeholder relationships
    • Proven experience managing trustee and AGM processes
    • Strong understanding of sectional title legislation and compliance
    • Solid financial understanding (budgets, AFS interpretation)
    • Previous leadership or senior portfolio experience

    Driver

    Responsibilities: 

    Resident & Staff Transport

    • Safely transport residents to and from appointments, shopping centres, outings, and other destinations as required
    • Transport staff between Faircape facilities and operational sites when needed
    • Assist residents with entering and exiting the vehicle where necessary, ensuring comfort and safety at all times
    • Maintain punctuality and professionalism while adhering to scheduled transport requirements
    • Communicate effectively with management regarding schedules, delays, or operational concerns

    Vehicle Care & Safety

    • Conduct daily vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness and cleanliness
    • Ensure vehicles are fuelled, serviced, and maintained according to company procedures
    • Report any accidents, incidents, vehicle defects, or maintenance requirements immediately
    • Ensure compliance with all road safety regulations and company driving policies

    Administration & Compliance

    Requirements

    • Valid South African Code 10 Driver’s License with a clean driving record

    • We are seeking a professional, well-presented and reliable General Assistant / Housekeeper to join our team at our office in Claremont. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean, organised, welcoming office environment while assisting with general housekeeping duties, replenishing supplies, running errands and supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the office.
    • We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and a proactive approach to their work.

    Key Responsibilities

    Daily Cleaning Duties:

    • Dusting, mopping, sweeping, vacuuming all office and common areas
    • Sanitising workstations, door handles, light switches, and communal surfaces
    • Cleaning kitchens, canteens and replenishing supplies
    • Emptying bins, cleaning fridges and microwaves, sanitising canteen tables

    Heavy Lifting & Manual Support:
