Key Performance Output
The successful candidate will be reporting to the Assistant Manager Revenue Control and will be responsible but not limited to the following:
- Conduct research to assist with the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives
- Complete trend analysis utilising qualitative and quantitative data
- Conduct benchmark and impact studies on completed initiatives
- May be required to conduct functional feasibility studies
- Assist and sometimes manage functional projects
- Provide technical support to the Managers and Specialists
- Responsible for the execution and management of own functional portfolio
- Introduce cost saving initiatives in own functional portfolio

- Assist with general office management (for instance inventory management)

Key Performance Output
The successful candidate, reporting to Assistant Manager Fire & Rescue will be responsible for the following:
- Implement NOTAM to notify pilots of potential hazards and/or maintenance.
- Monitor adherence to Disaster Recovery Plan.
