    Financial Manager (41845)

    Job Description

    • Our National client in the food services industry is looking for an Assistant Financial Manager to help oversee financial transactions, cash flow, and reporting. This role ensures accuracy in financial records, assists with audits, and supports compliance with financial regulations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist with preparing and reviewing management accounts.
    • Support monthly profit and loss statements.
    • Contribute to the annual budget preparation.
    • Process month-end accruals and provision journals.
    • Review bank, debtor, and creditor reconciliations.
    • Reconcile balance sheet items and inter-company accounts.
    • Maintain and update the fixed asset register.

    Job Description

    • Our client, market leader in the manufacturing sector is looking to hire a Production HR Administrator, based close to La Lucia.  Candidates who are available immediately will get preference.

    Tasks & responsibilities:

    • Support production with compiling, collating formatting of production related documents

    • Grade 12 Qualification
    • Min 3 years' experience in a similar position 
    • South African National Standards (SANS 1&2) Installation rules and regulations 1&2
    • Diploma in Electrical Engineering (SAQA Certificate of Evaluation NQF Level 6)
    • Wireman's License
    • Registered at the Department of Labour as an approved installer

    Packaging Manager

    Job Description

    Reporting to: Executive: Operations

    • Department: Packaging
    • Division: Operations

    Purpose:

    • The Packaging Manager is responsible for overseeing the complete bottling and packaging function. The Manager ensures all packaging lines and processes are used optimally and cost efficiency to achieve the set out plan. The incumbent is responsible for and will continually strive to ensure that only food safe, quality products and services that meet all applicable standards and requirements (legal, regulatory and client), are supplied with integrity.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Relevant tertiary qualification
    • At least 7-10 years' experience in a similar role
    • Excellent understanding of Lean manufacturing 
    • At least 5 years' experience of people management and performance management systems.

    Work Related Experience:

    • Solid understanding of and 7 - 10 years' experience in bottling/labelling & packaging processes 
    • Excellent communication skills (English & Afrikaans)

    Job Summary:

    • Develop and implement strategic processes, policies and procedures for packaging department
    • Set-up & Maintain Packaging comprehensive cost centre, Capex & Extra-ordinary budget

    • Overall management of variances in relevant business structures (production orders)
